Our Chief Executive Michelle Russell today took part in a panel with Shaun Hipgrave, Director of Protect and Prepare at @ukhomeoffice, giving updates on the work of the SIA and the Homeland Security Group, including on the SIA's ongoing review of licence-linked qualifications.
Our Executive Director for Martyn's Law, Laura Gibb, featured on the panel: 'Martyn's Law: Dispelling the Myths', chaired by @FigenMurray.
The panel addressed misinformation surrounding the Act, and Laura reiterated our role as a supportive, proportionate and robust regulator.
We're proud to be an official Government partner of @ISE_Expo.
Today we hosted a shared stand with colleagues from @ukhomeoffice and our CEO Michelle Russell gave a presentation.
