Partly inspired by @ryanrodenbaugh 's State of vault curation piece.
Long reads have their place and sometimes a short one does the job better.
While we get the last pieces ready for launch, we’ll keep sharing small bites like this.
More on the product soon too!
Love the idea. Would like to wear one. But between a watch and a Whoop, I'm out of wrist space.
Excited about our new Bee devices launching today. They turn your conversations into summaries, to-dos, and reminders, so the details are there when you need them.
Bee Frontier goes on your wrist or clips to your clothing, and Bee Eclipse snaps to the back of your phone to catch what you'd otherwise forget throughout your day, whether it's notes from a class you're taking, the details of a trip you're planning, or an idea that comes to you in the car.
They connect to Alexa+ and Amazon.com, so the things you mention are easy to find later. And you're always in control…one button turns it on or off, a light shows when it's on, audio is never stored, and only you can see your data.
Think folks are gonna find this really handy. aboutamazon.com/news/devices…
It’s been a pleasure working first with @StakingRewards, then @TheTieIO, and now Staking Rewards by The Tie™ 😆
Glad to see @vaultsfyi data supporting Staking Rewards scores and The Tie Terminal, helping investors decide where to allocate capital onchain.

Higher capital efficiency via maintenance margin instead of LTV. Lower haircuts via RFQ based liquidations instead of liquidation bonus. Higher yield feeding from lending, margin, ftUSD, and total return swaps.

Restaurant owners have to be one of the fastest adopter of AI.
I see Ai generated restaurant menus and imagery EVERYWHERE.
What is a vault if not its underlying exposure? Already live via API, xray.vaults.fyi helps morpho vaults lenders understand their exposure.
Input your address that is lending to vaults to see the underlying market exposure
Coming soon for @veda_labs @upshift_fi @eulerfinance @mellowprotocol and mor
Increasingly at @vaultsfyi we are focusing on going deep on the protocols that users and institutions care about most and building advanced tooling. More to come!
I don't believe I've ever signed up for an email newsletter that runs on beehiiv, yet they always wind up in my inbox. Absolute spam factory.

enjoyed speaking with @ryanrodenbaugh from @vaultsfyi about Otus, our building philosophy, and how we're moving to a post-defi native world
#36: @_meetp_ & @RaviOnChain, @otus_finance
Been working with Meet & Ravi since the early days so it was fun to get the full story! From the chat interface that didn't convert, what it takes to bring onchain yield to the masses, and what their agents can/can't do with your funds

This pod (and I assume by extension the book) is a great ad for agents and ai.
Annie Lowrey argues that the most regressive tax in American life is the 50+ hours each of us must spend on hold, in waiting rooms, and filling out forms a competent state would have pre-filled.
She’s also a big fan of moss.
Some of Tyler’s questions for Annie in this episode:
· Where in government are the time taxes worst?
· The Biden child tax credit seemed clean and simple, yet wasn't greatly loved — what's your read of the political economy?
· Which area of government works pretty well and doesn't have a big time tax?
· We relaxed benefit controls during COVID and fraud went up — maybe we need the time taxes precisely to prevent that?
· Of the tasks you complete, which is psychologically the most tortuous?
· Where is the worst purely private-sector time tax?
· How long before AI agents just do all of this for us — won't it happen within five years?
· Should the US have less federalism, and how would you bring it about?
· Should Brooklyn be a separate city? What about Staten Island?
· How does your current view on UBI differ from your earlier one?
· Where's the best place in the world to see moss?
· Why are tattoos so popular now, including with women?
· How essential is Christianity to Western liberalism?
· Should friendships have explicit time taxes?

The Clarity Act failing today makes everybody a loser, all because partisan jockeying beat out common sense:
The lines between tokens and securities are no more clear.
Entrepreneurs will still prefer to build and raise capital offshore.
Investors will receive no more information, or protections.
Developers have no additional safeguards for decentralized systems.
Banks are stuck with stablecoins able to pay rewards (yield).
There are zero ethical guardrails for government employees and crypto.
The list goes on.
But mostly I just feel for the countless folks in the industry and across the House and Senate (of both parties) that worked on this for so long, and the light of American leadership dimming just a tad.
Onwards

One of the greatest viruses of the modern man is looking at Instagram Stories. You will melt your brain looking at a barrage of outcomes—like vacations, parties, cars—with no visibility of the process that got them there.

Hello there xitter.cf/KrakenWalletHQ
Just grab @vaultsfyi API and build a mobile frontend that is easy to understand for general retail.
No need to reinvent the lending wheel anymore, just build on top of established protocols.
many attempts have been done before to bring options onchain, myself having done one and abandon it before even putting it out back during defi summer
ribbon, opyn, lyra, rysk and what not - that early batch kept building, some found pmf, some didn't and some built other things in defi
>ribbon went on to build aevo, perp dex and options now
>opyn, built a very good product squeeth but shut down due to not seeing scale, and also later stketh variants came about, while its crab strategy did give nice returns (premiums were too high afaik for eth square, and lower on other perp venues)
>rysk is in the game, went on to hl and redid the product ground up with ryskv12, onchain settled options, rather than onchain liquidity driven options
>lyra iirc, went on to become derive and derive is about to release v3, and currently truly a leader in onchain options
> also panoptic is really cool (and what i have been playing around with similar concepts but on solana, to use amm lp tokens for unique payoff curves)
eth already has a strong batch of candidates to bring about an explosion of options-led defi summer 3.0
however, i was building back then on non-evm l1 a ve3,3 dex, and later on went to built sophisticated looping-vaults and yield-vaults, but the idea of massive tam of options never went away, but was rather buried
since then, having thought about it first time (well, my startup journey initially i was obsessed with insurance and then was about options until it was buried) few interesting development have happend
> onchain has exploded
> solana has become defacto leader in consumer distribution, and bringing retail onchain (among institutions)
> hyperliquid
> eth has become institution's favorite
> options are growing, early signs of emerging pmf are everywhere (on cex side, its there already, coinbase acq. deribit)
however, it has not come around and met where the retail is, where the users are, in a shape and form without the jargon and scary interfaces
that's what i am thinking next, and have been thinking about for a while
