Itโs no secret: Buffalo has ๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ช๐จ๐๐ฃ๐๐จ of vacant lots. And the policy of demolitions has left noticeable scars on many of our neighborhoods.
As Mayor, Iโll work to fill the vacant lots on our side streets with infill housing and work to bring back vibrant main streets.
On the campaign trail, Iโve talked a lot about how we need to get #TheBasics right here in Buffalo.
One small example? Poorly timed streetlights. ๐ฆ
We need to join other cities by converting to a smart grid so we can reduce accidents, save time, and cut emissions.
Proud to have earned the endorsement of the @nylcv in my campaign for Mayor of Buffalo.
As Mayor, Iโll fight to protect our natural resources, invest in clean, renewable energy, and work alongside other Great Lakes cities to build a greener, more sustainable future. (1/2)
Thanks to @BuffaloRising for the chance to share my vision for a City Hall that works for all of Buffaloโs residents.
Folks shouldnโt have to move to the suburbs to get basic government services. (1/2)
As Mayor, I will:
โ
Fix the Basics
โ
Restore Trust in City Services
โ
Build a Better Buffalo โ by making it work for everyone

Iโm running to be Mayor of the Wing Capital of the World โ and on #NationalChickenWingDay, Iโm making my platform clear:
โ No ranch

From Hertel to South Park โ real wings only ๐ฆฌ โค๏ธ

Myanmar Union Night at Riverside Park was a hit! ๐ฒ๐ฒ
It was an honor to speak to festival attendees about my support for the Burmese-American community and about the wonderful contributions they have made to Riverside and Buffalo as a whole. (1/2)
Had a great time kicking off the 50th Annual Buffalo Italian Heritage Festival on Hertel last night! ๐ฎ๐น
It was a pleasure to join local leaders for the opening ceremonies and to walk through the festival and see so many families out enjoying the first night. (1/2)
Congratulations to Denise Abbott on becoming the next President of the @WNYALF! ๐ Denise is the right person to lead organized labor here in Western New York. (1/3)
As the WNYALF-endorsed candidate for Mayor, Iโm proud to stand with labor โ and Iโm beyond grateful for the doors knocked and calls made by union members for us in the primary.
I have been and always will be a champion for workers in Buffalo. (2/3)
With Deniseโs leadership, weโre ready to keep pushing forward through the general election.
Solidarity forever! โ (3/3)
