I saw the success of Operation Vanguard firsthand in Chelmsford last week. Residents are feeling safer thanks to the visible security provided by Reform’s Essex County Council.

By whom? When was the last time you saw a police officer on a bus or train? This is populist guff.
People who play music out loud on buses could face £100 fines in a crackdown on antisocial behaviour. Local authorities are being encouraged to use new powers to levy fines for nuisance behaviour on buses, including littering, vaping and listening to music without headphones. A campaign is being launched to remind people to use headphones on trains, telling passengers to “share the journey, not the noise” or face fines of up to £1,000.

A ‘cost of living and quality of classrooms’ protest that for some reason includes looting high-end fashion stores and gratuitous damage and violence towards police and property. It’s almost as if this is really just anarchy mixed with gratuitous theft perpetrated by scum.

Look I'm admittedly no Reform voter, it's very unlikely that will happen, but I dislike the Tories with a passion. What they did to Essex was a disgrace, they fleeced us for a highly inflated council tax rate and wasted our money in some reportedly dodgy ways. Go check the books.

The Norwich to Tilbury Pylon project… Destroying #Essex Green Belt. My thoughts from Botney Hill, equidistant between Billericay and Brentwood. Don’t be fooled. The sign off for this outrage was by those that will soon seek to pretend to be against the plans.

For those of you naively believing that the BBC are impartial. Proof that the ‘Ministry of Information’ is indeed the government and BBC combined. An utter disgrace. That YOU are paying for. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/10…

Greg, I’ve never seen or heard racism in Reform during my three years of membership. But I did hear it when I was a member of the Conservative Party. Misogyny too.
Replying to @russellquirk
When you joined Farage and Reform did you think the levels of racism and misogyny would be as high as you are? It is that why you joined Russell?

I will still vote for Reform Duncan. I will not be voting for the 2faced Tories. This Kemi bounce is all hype by our media & certain journalists. @TalkTV @DuncanBarkes it's the UK's last chance.

Former journalist here: the ITV reporters’ actions were, imho, illegal. They definitely immoral & went against journalistic ethics. Undercover journalism is great but reporters aren’t supposed to create or impact the news. They discover or report on it without an agenda. Gross
STATEMENT I am aware that ITV infiltrated the Portsmouth Reform UK branch for their undercover report. I am featured in their documentary. Not in a bad way, in my opinion, but still featured. I’ll get to that in a minute…. What I am more shocked and disgusted in is that I now know who the two reporters were whom infiltrated us. These two men campaigned with us in March/April in Portsmouth and it leads me to wonder whether their interference in an election is a potential criminal offence. We have no way to know whether they posted flyers they were meant to. Or whether they gave us correct door knocking information. They campaigned in four seats specifically where, in 3, we lost by a small number of votes. Their involvement would have had an impact on the result. By default ITV could have literally paid reporters to ruin an election result for Reform UK candidates. That has to be criminal. On a personal level I allowed these men in my home. I made them drinks. They met my dogs. It’s an entirely disgusting invasion of personal privacy. I have photos of these men and know who they are - I will not disclose them at this stage but may in the future once I’ve gotten advice In relation to my involvement with the documentary I remain firm in everything I personally said. I was never a member of the Portsmouth Patriots, as the documentary states, but I have supported their movement over the years from the sidelines. The executive team who run them are good people. Yes outside third parties have come in and done some abhorrent things. Those people should be condemned. But the local group themselves are decent, passionate, local residents who care deeply about their community. I’m appalled by ITV and hope they are held to account for their potential criminal behaviour and election interference. The two reporters involved in infiltrating Portsmouth I hope are held to account for their personal actions in the outcome of elections. The money, resources and time spent by companies and individuals to damage Reform UK are unprecedented in our political system - you have to ask yourself why?

I was a Conservative Councillor and wasn't vetted in any meaningful sense That's no bad thing. Actual Right wingers believe in personal responsibility If I had done anything awful, it would be on me. My fault. The Modern Conservatives have swallowed socialist arguments.

Exactly. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I’ll never trust the Tory Party again.
Do you see what’s happening? There is a coordinated campaign underway to try and revive the Tory party that nearly destroyed Britain. The Tories this week polled LESS than what they won in 2024. They’ve lost their deposit at almost every parliamentary by-election in England and have massively underperformed their polling. They want you to believe things have changed when 92% of Kemi’s team were in past Tory governments that wrecked this country. But now look around the media class and the coordinated campaign against Reform UK. Do you see what’s happening?
