I’m grateful to Steve Chapman for his excellent leadership as Natera’s CEO, and excited to welcome Solomon Moshkevich as the company’s next CEO. 15 years at Natera, deep integrity and a true competitive spirit. The next chapter is in exceptional hands. natera.com/company/news/nate…
Every supply chain runs on exceptions: a late shipment, a mismatched invoice, a price that drifted. @fragmentdata turns a company's own knowledge into action to resolve them, starting with direct procurement. Proud to back the team as they announce $56M in total funding. fragment.ai/blog/fragment-ra…
Enterprise software has spent decades digitizing paperwork while leaving the hardest work to people. We're changing that.
Today, we’re launching @fragmentdata with $56 million in funding, including a Series A led by @8vc and a seed co-led by @generalcatalyst and @A_StarVC, with angels including @roelofbotha, @nikesharora, and @jeffawilke.
Another example of how @blocks uses its expertise in hardware and AI to delight
In healthcare, better care usually costs more. HealthLeap is the rare exception: it finds the patients hospitals miss, and finds them earlier. Congratulations to @josiahbuild , Jemima and the team, from one proud South African to two others.
Announcing $38M Seed & Series A from Sequoia, First Round, and Hummingbird.
Healthleap's mission is to improve the health outcomes of as many people as possible.
Results so far:
• faster healing resulting in 1.6 shorter hospital stays per patient flagged as at risk by HealthLeap (Penn)
• 39% more appropriate diagnoses, same staff (Cedars-Sinai)
• 3 → 50+ hospitals in the past year
We're hiring across all roles.
My conviction in @parisingh and the team at @flowenghq has only grown since I first led the Series A. I invested personally in this round and joined as an independent board member because of the team, the traction in the business, and the timing of AI accelerating hardware development.
Flow has raised a $50M Series B at a $750M valuation, co-led by Antonio Gracias (Valor) and Gavin Baker (Atreides) with Sequoia Capital, Roelof Botha (SpaceX, Block), and more.
When I became a mechanical engineer, I wanted to invent. In reality, 90% of the day to day execution work (CAD, excel, sim) was digital manual labour. That’s about to flip. The engineer’s role will change more profoundly than at any point since the invention of CAD, with humans focusing on invention, architecture, tradeoffs and judgement calls, and agents taking the grunt work.
Anduril, Joby, Stoke Space, Rivian & many more - Flow is now the default platform for requirements and verification for frontier hardware teams. But it’s not just next-gen anymore. Industry giants including General Motors PPU and Volkswagen & Rivian’s joint venture (RV Tech) are reshaping their core development practices with Flow’s AI.
The revolution is just starting. Models are getting better quickly at CAD, analysis, simulation, and tool use. In the next year, AI will move from integrating the work to doing the work.
One day, this shift won't just enable us to iterate faster, it will enable us to design a class of products that we could not have dreamt of before.
We’re hiring.

No company has meant more to me professionally than MongoDB. I spent more than 11 years as CEO, and even after stepping down last year, I never really left. Serving on the board kept me close to our people, our customers and the business, and only strengthened my conviction in MongoDB’s future.
Today, I’m returning as interim CEO. I’m grateful for the trust of our board and our team, and I’m ready to get to work.
I also return with a different perspective. As a Partner and Senior Advisor at Sequoia Capital, I have a front-row seat to the founders, technologies and companies shaping the AI era. I see firsthand how AI is not only changing how software is built and businesses operate, but expanding technology’s role from helping people manage work to increasingly helping perform the work itself. I look forward to bringing those insights back to MongoDB as we help our customers capitalize on what may be the most consequential platform shift of our generation.
And we’re getting started immediately. Tomorrow at 11 AM ET, we’ll host Investor Day and share our long-term strategy, market opportunity and the product innovation driving MongoDB forward.
On Wednesday, our sold-out .local NYC event will bring together developers and business leaders focused on putting AI into production and moving from generating answers to taking action at scale. We’ll have exciting announcements at both events.
What has always made MongoDB special is the ambition of our people, the importance of what our customers build with our technology, and the size of the opportunity ahead.
I’m proud to lead this team again. There is a lot to do, and I couldn’t be more excited to get back to work.

Congratulations @nicckopp! This is a testament to the customers you are serving.
Today we're announcing our $100M Series C at a $1B valuation, led by @ICONIQCapital. It's our third round in 14 months and brings our total funding to over $200m
The round came together in less than 48 hours.
We weren't planning to raise. Then new ARR doubled last quarter and we crossed 600+ customers including public companies and enterprises with $2B in revenue. Rillet AI agent usage is growing 70% each month and CFOs are replacing Oracle Fusion, SAP and Workday to run their companies on Rillet.
We also announced our alliance with EY and officially partnered with more than half of the top 20 CPA firms.
@RilletHQ is creating an entirely new category of finance infrastructure. With Rillet, the ERP becomes the harness for the modern finance organization, where people and agents share the same financial data, apply the same accounting policies and controls, and work from a single, continuously updated view of the business. Agents perform increasingly complex financial work, while finance teams retain visibility, approval authority and a complete audit trail.
Thank you to our customers for believing in the mission and building the future of finance with us. We could not do this without you.
Thank you to the Rillet team. As I say often, building Rillet is our own version of sending rockets to Mars. It is incredibly difficult. You make it look easy.
Finally, thank you to our investors. To ICONIQ for leading the round and to our existing and new investors for building with us. @sequoia , @a16z, Sequoia Global Equities, @BainCapVC, @oakhcft, @BatteryVentures, @FirstMarkCap, @scalevp, and @creandum.
Back to work :)

I’m so excited to share this update on @Conception –
We’ve generated the first early human eggs derived from stem cells.
This is a big deal -- the potential to redefine fertility is real.
Thanks to @parisingh and his team at @buildonfloweng. hardware development teams can now enjoy the same benefits as software teams from AI-driven development acceleration
100 Million+ Requirements are already managed in Flow across thousands of engineers building the next generation of aerospace, defense, robotics, energy, and autonomous systems.
Over the last year, we've worked alongside the world's most ambitious hardware teams to build a new way of engineering.
Agents have reached hardware.
Flow Agents continuously connect requirements, design, CAD, simulation, code, and testing, helping teams surface conflicts early, propagate changes automatically, and accelerate iteration without lowering the bar.
We're excited to share what we've been building.

"Vibe coding" has become a slur in many circles. It shouldn't be — many disruptive technologies arrive bottoms-up. I prefer "prompt-driven" development.
In this era of iterative software development, the database underneath cannot be a straightjacket. @MongoDB 's flexible schema is uniquely well suited to meet the demands of AI-driven application development.

Thank you @jack and @bhalligan for the conversation to unpack how @blocks is embracing AI to fundamentally rewire organizational design. Intelligence will replace hierarchy.
NEW EPISODE: @jack & @roelofbotha unpack @blocks 40% staff cut and rebuilding the entire company as a mini-AGI.
This isn’t “use AI to make people more productive.” It’s making the company itself the intelligence.
If you’re a founder or operator wondering what work looks like in the next 5 years… this is the episode.
The evolution looks like:
• Manager mode = Pyramid 🔺 (command & control)
• Founder mode = Flat ➖(founders decide fast)
• Dorsey mode = Circle 🔵 w/ AI at the center, humans at the edge, and decisions flow from customer inputs → AI → humans steering it
I’ve tried killing org charts before. Brutally hard. But we never had these tools.
This is rewriting the CEO playbook for the AI era.
Buckle up.
