BREAKING: Andy Burnham is reportedly considering replacing the 24-hour clock with 12 blocks of time, in a move designed to save the public time and the hassle of understanding what time actually is.
The plan is set to be piloted in Redruth, Stirling and St. Neots initially before being rolled out worldwide in 2029.
Officials say the clocks will remain unchanged during the final consultation period.
