If you knew me, you knew Zoe. And I'm so sorry to share that she passed away yesterday at the amazing age of 16.
Devastated doesn't begin to explain how I feel. She was my best friend, my shadow, every aspect of my life revolved around her for the 13 years she was mine.

This rinse cycle of layoffs in games is getting harder to stomach every year.
What motivation do people have to grow within a company if they're just going to be laid off for being too valuable? Why would anyone work towards promotion & higher pay if it puts them more at risk?
