Ugh - here in D.C., it's "Shen Yun" season. The advertising is nonstop. Anyone else being bombarded with video ads?
Many are enjoying this downtime between Christmas and New Year's. If you're starting to prep for a 2020 auction and are thinking about venues, you may enjoy this look back at my venues from 2019. redappleauctions.com/the-auc…

Wowser...it is a stunning venue tonight for The Lab School of Washington. I particularly like the acrylic chairs and sequin white/gold tablecloths. Raising money for education geared towards children who learn differently. #paddleraiser #fundaneed
Here are a few photos from tonight's Red Carpet Gala -- I believe we may have inched past last year's record high -- from Arlington Academy of Hope.
Auction donations of Nationals packages are always popular, but after watching last night's World Series game, I think they might be more valuable. #MoveItToTheLive
Sacred Heart Medical Center - Children's Miracle Network just sent me these photos from the Lunch with Tiffany's event. The event is always Tiffany-colored blue, but another color or two is the accent. One... facebook.com/redappleauction…
Presentation Academy had a big night tonight, setting a new record for financial aid fundraising. It is always fun to see what "takes off" in the appeal. (I was wow'd by the generous $1k gifts tonite.) And of... facebook.com/155461239356/po…

This Chicagoland nonprofit does a good job of creating events donors enjoy. More than one guest told me they LOVE this gala! Here are a few photos.
Dorian video: Shot inside the home of a man living in the Bahamas but his home is built on 15' pillars so he stayed inside. Impressive to see. Can't imagine how it would feel inside his house. facebook.com/155461239356/po…
