Father God, today I come to you not as a stranger, but as your child.
I do not have to beg for belonging.
I do not have to earn your attention.
Through Christ, I have been brought close.
Heal every place in me that still feels abandoned, overlooked, or unwanted.
Teach me to live from sonship, not fear.
Let your love correct me without crushing me and strengthen me without hardening me.

There is not a day that goes by that I don’t think about you, carry you with me, and feel your presence in everything we do as a family.
Rayshad and I went into the studio together to honor you through music. A father and a son creating together in memory of a son and a brother we will love forever.
