MMR is so cooked man.
Even most of the current infra buildout, which is massive no doubt, is largely just to catchup with existing population catchment.
Not enough to unlock exponential land and supply and bring affordability.

And now I’m here on Oxford Street, London on my way to this morning’s photoshoot and admiring the newly installed allahu akbarriers, just in time to keep Christmas shoppers safe from Muslims with mental health issues who want to drive into pedestrians and kill them.
Saw Spiderman Brand New Day.
Jokes density was juust right (unlike in Thor). Emotional scenes genuinely felt like a gut punch.
Really good movie man. Felt like proper pre-covid Marvel to me.

I hate to break it to people who believe the "pendulum" will "swing" back again.
Every time Democrats take power, they inflict crushing destruction and damage that Republicans never undo when they wield it.
The net effect is demographic shift and judicial activism we'll never recover from.

MMRDA has released the tenders for the Extension of Metro Line 5 from Dhamankar Naka to Ulhasnagar. This post will be divided into 3 parts. Each post will have maps Package wise. Here is Package 1 which will commence from Dhamankar Naka to Temghar (1/3)
Observation:
Despite having the biggest metro network with vibrant retail passages leading to TODs most of the Tokyo residents look buckbroken and miserable on the trains.
Mumbaikars getting crushed like cockroaches somehow seem happier.
Crazy how nature do that.
Japan*ggas on public transport not looking up from their phones so they don't have to surrender their seats to senior citizens, parents w/ little kids etc is 100% a real thing.
There's a lot of undeserved marketing on social media of their 'considerate' nature.
Replying to @shanteehee
On another trip to Japan, a cousin & I got up for an elderly couple who didn't have seats on the train. They sat down & were so disproportionately grateful. They told us nobody ever even looks up from their phones let alone gives them seats. The lady gave us toffees from her purse.
