Take care out there.
Logged in to do one specific thing and then get the lay of the land.
This timeline is bloated with garbage. I've gotten so used to Mastodon and its lack of paid promotions that this feels like being force-fed rotting meat. However do you put up with this, you who remain?

This is such a misinformed take because vitamin toxicity can be dangerous!
Too much Vit A = hepatotoxicity
Too much Vit D = hypercalcemia
Too much B6 = peripheral neuropathy
Remember: the dose makes the poison!
ALT Tweet saying the following: “Why would you take one multi vitamin instead of the whole bottle like a champion? Who dies from vitamins lol. You want to be strong or not?”
