Saw Andrew McMillan in conversation with Okechukwu Nzelu this evening at @QueerLitUK discussing Pity. Loads of fascinating talk about the boundaries of masculinity and writing for/of/away from a place. Favourite quote: ‘nothing in anybody’s life has ever happened as a poem.
