📢 Stock Split Adjustments for Anthropic & Oura
If you hold solana:Pren1FvFX6J3E4kXhJuCiAD5aDmGEb7qJRncwA8Lkhw, supported apps will now show your balance multiplied by 10 and price divided by 10.
If you hold solana:Pre9atBqkocK1QngFy7Q7zvyQictEFpXdLi6bZ2qnYy, supported apps will now show your balance multiplied by 2 and price divided by 2.
Both of these adjustments are due to stock splits disclosed in their IPO S-1 filings. These are purely cosmetic UI updates to reduce confusion.
✅ The value of your positions is unchanged, and the implied valuation of the token is unaffected.
📏🍎 Example:
Before stock split: 1 ANTHROPIC unscaled balance x $1000 unscaled token price = $1k position value
After stock split: 10 ANTHROPIC scaled balance x $100 scaled token price = $1k position value
This is achieved through @Solana's SPL-22 scaled UI amount extension, which instructs apps to display scaled balances and prices without changing the raw balances.
NOTE: not every app supports this extension yet (even though they should!), so some may still show unscaled prices and/or balances. We are already in contact with the major apps to get support rolled out.
