Our mission is simple: we help players and coaches with the tools, resources and equipment to dominate the zone. For players, that means individualized development built around biomechanics, movement quality, pitch analytics, strength, power, and objective data that identifies exactly what is holding them back. For coaches, it means access to the tools needed to develop athletes at a higher level: comprehensive assessments, athlete management software, performance tracking, and actionable insights that remove the guesswork from player development. ATHLETE OF THE MONTH | COLTEN WILLIAMS FR • Wright City • HQ High School Trainee Development in September can look quite a bit different but can be a huge opportunity for players to separate themselves. Since July: Concentric Mean Power 1,674 → 2,156 +29% Peak Power 3,090 → 3,675 +19% Jump Height 17.5 cm → 21.1 cm +21% Fastball Velocity 72 MPH → T76 MPH And the numbers only tell part of the story. Colten has shown up consistently for training, stayed committed to his programming, and done an excellent job using TRAKKER to monitor his throwing workload and manage his development. Congratulations, Colten! Keep building momentum 🫡 #DominateTheZone | @1stPhorm

The most critical point in the delivery? Front foot strike. It’s where linear momentum meets rotational energy—and small differences in timing can change everything that happens up the chain. It’s about creating a stable foundation without leaking energy. Watch the latest Premier Tips on YouTube to see what we look for at front foot strike—and why it matters 👉 youtu.be/7vTShgMucBA?si=cgu6… #DominateTheZone

Your fastball velocity is no longer enough It can act as a prerequisite to certain levels in our game but it no longer is the separator it used to be. Additional skills you should be developing: - Plus pitch types - Effective pitch sequencing - Consistent pitch execution Athletes with higher velocities and these additional skills are the ones who are getting opportunities. Having the velocity gets you a foot in the door but shouldn’t consume your entire focus. #DominateTheZone | @nolan_rappe15

Our High School programs are underway across the Midwest. We’re excited to see who is going to separate themselves this offseason. The culture here is different. Just ask your friend who trains with us 😉 #DominateTheZone

Every drill we prescribe has a purpose. For Alex Foster, this Athletic Throwing Drill—Heel Side Hop into Lunge Load—is being used to address specific sequencing limitations identified through his biomechanics assessment. The objective is to reinforce trunk posture while establishing a posterior-driven back hip hinge. As the athlete changes direction, he must organize the lower half and create clean energy transfer from the back foot to the front foot, through the pelvis and ultimately into the torso. Alex’s assessment identified two important sequencing characteristics: low torso rotational speeds and delayed pelvic rotation. We also observed a tendency for the pelvis and torso to rotate more simultaneously rather than demonstrating an efficient sequence between the two segments. That distinction matters. Efficient throwing requires the body to transfer energy through a coordinated sequence. The pelvis initiates and creates an opportunity for the torso to accelerate, rather than both segments simply rotating together. The Heel Side Hop into Lunge Load creates an environment that challenges Alex to organize that sequence dynamically. The hop introduces a change of direction and requires him to stabilize the front side while maintaining the appropriate posture. The lunge load reinforces the back hip’s ability to accept and redirect force, while the transition from back foot to front foot challenges him to transfer that energy through the pelvis and torso. We’re not simply telling Alex to “use his hips” or “rotate his trunk faster.” We’re creating a movement environment that develops the physical and technical qualities required to do those things more effectively. This is the difference between giving an athlete a mechanical cue and developing an athlete through a constraint led environment. Assessment identifies the constraint. The drill creates the solution. The physical program builds the capacity to execute it. Assessment drives intervention. Intervention drives adaptation. Adaptation drives performance. #DominateTheZone | @Afoster2028

The difference is in the details. The deeper you assess ⬇️ The further you can individualize ⬇️ The better you can target ⬇️ The more you can develop. #DominateTheZone

19. Another save. Another win locked down. At today’s MLB closer market rate, each save is worth approximately $559,000. Pete Fairbanks. Closing games. Building value. #DominateTheZone

A little glimpse of a fast force/dynamic day for HQ athlete and OU Commit Cole Chambers. For athletes not playing fall ball, the early fall offers us an opportunity to spend more time on the hardware side of physical development through higher volumes and more tempo-based work. However, we do need to maintain the explosiveness of our athletes - especially as the training age dictates the need for a more specific stimulus on the velocity side of the spectrum. We take a vertical integration approach to our annual training calendar. This allows us to maintain overall athleticism while turning the dial up on specific qualities based on time of year and athlete to athlete need. One constant for us regardless of time of year - targeted spine work to help maintain as much adaptability throughout the entire calendar. #DominateTheZone

THE #1 PLAYER DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM IN COLLEGE BASEBALL. Being better at one piece of development isn’t enough. The best player development happens when every piece works together. Our Performance Integrated Approach connects: Movement. Mobility. Strength. Power. Biomechanics. Technology. Training. Performance. Don’t assess athletes just to collect data. Use data to understand movement. Use movement to guide training. Use training to create adaptation. And measure that adaptation against the performance that matters. All of it connected through our player-development ecosystem and BOOST. This is more than a pitching program. More than a strength program. More than a biomechanics lab. More than a software platform. It’s a complete system built around developing the entire athlete. The standard for college baseball player development is changing. Premier is helping drive it forward. On site for another great #AssessmentDay at @BradleyBaseball #DominateTheZone
