I am joining advocates from across the country for the Fall 2025 Virtual #HeadacheOnTheHill. Together we are urging Congress to Cosponsor the HEADACHE Act and the Safe Step Act, which would end harmful "fail first" insurance barriers that delay effective treatment.

Proud to represent the Colorado-Montana delegation at #HeadacheOnTheHill. Today, we are calling on Congress to cosponsor the bipartisan HEADACHE Act and the Safe Step Act. Patients deserve better care and timely treatment. #HOH2025 forms.allianceforheadacheadv…

New study: "Student-oriented instruction methods lead to lower exam performances for students compared to the teacher directed instruction methods." This is particularly damning: "These results contradict the teaching recommendations provided by the OECD and suggest that increased utilization of teacher-directed instructional methods could potentially improve U.S. math performance." Really interesting research from @biggsag

Want to better understand what is happening in the US (and world, as we are heavily interconnected)? I am listening to *The Fourth Turning is Here* using the Libby App and just bought the book. Amazingly insightful about the cycles of history and where we are now and WHY.

Stop wasting your time on these 6 things: 1. Worrying about other people’s opinions 2. Judging other people 3. Putting things off to the future 4. Holding onto the past 5. Arguing with reality 6. Thinking you are going to live forever

Great example of a school using evidence: not using strategies in isolation but rather combining several strategies to create real impact on learning ⬇️ "With our commitment to the science of learning, we are seeing a steady increase that goes up and to the right for everybody, with more kids reaching advanced levels on our state assessment." hollykorbey.substack.com/p/f…
