PacaSwap distributions are complete.
• Liquidity providers: your share of each pool has been returned to your wallet in DAG, DOR, UP and USDC.dag.
• SWAP holders and stakers: your SWAP balance, including locked tokens and unclaimed rewards, has been distributed on Base in the same amount.
No action is required. There is no claiming website. You do not need to connect your wallet or sign anything.

An update on PacaSwap.
All user funds, including liquidity provider funds, remain safe.
The team continues its in-depth audit of the PacaSwap code and its attack vectors. The review requires additional time, and we will share a fuller update early next week covering its status and the next steps.
We’ve seen your questions about liquidity positions, access to funds, and timing. We understand these matter to everyone and want to reinforce that your funds remain safe while this work continues.
Thank you for your continued patience and support.
An update on PacaSwap.
The team has spent the past week conducting an in-depth audit of the PacaSwap code and its attack vectors, following an incident last week. That work will continue into next week, and the metagraph will remain offline until the audit is complete.
We are taking our time with this, because for a service that holds user funds, being thorough is the only responsible option.
We know this is disruptive, and we appreciate the patience the community has shown. We will post another update when the audit completes, or sooner if there is material progress to report.

$DAG is the latest in a string of DeFi hits.
Bonzo Lend on Hedera. SecondFi on Cardano. KelpDAO’s LayerZero bridge.
Different chains, same pattern: application-layer flaws, not broken L1s.
Is DeFi dead, or just due for harder lessons?

An update on the yesterday's PacaSwap incident:
On August 24, an attacker exploited a flaw in Tessellation's fee-transaction accounting to create SWAP tokens that were never backed by deposits, then sold them into the SWAP/DAG liquidity pool. The pool's DAG reserves were drained as a result. I want to be direct about what happened, what we've done, and how we're handling the impact on liquidity providers.
What happened. The attacker submitted a batch of fee transactions with amounts chosen to force an underflow, a subtraction that drops below zero and wraps the result around to a large positive number. The amounts also made the batch settle on figures that all looked correct: every balance finished valid and non-negative, and the totals reconciled, so inspecting the end state would not have found the problem. Catching this requires checking each transaction in the sequence rather than the result. The flaw was in one Tessellation code path, the one that applies fee transactions to balances. It was not a flaw in PacaSwap's logic, and not a compromise of any key, node, or wallet.
The flaw was specific to metagraph fee transactions, which exist only where a metagraph runs both a Data layer and a Currency layer. No DAG was created, and DAG's supply is unchanged. Hypergraph consensus was never interrupted. The DAG that left the pool was real DAG contributed by liquidity providers. That is why we are replacing it.
The attacker minted SWAP in a single snapshot, sold it into the pool over the following hours, and moved approximately 12.1 million DAG to exchange addresses. Those addresses are identified and have been shared with the relevant exchanges. PacaSwap's three other pools were unaffected and required no intervention. We halted the metagraph roughly four hours after the mint, which stopped further extraction.
What we've fixed. Fee transactions are now applied one at a time through checked arithmetic that rejects any operation which would overflow or underflow a balance. The validation happens per transaction, not on the total. This shipped in Tessellation v3.5.26 and is live across the network. That release also activated stricter cryptographic verification of fee-transaction signatures and tightened validation on adjacent code paths. Hardening work in this area continues and is under independent review.
Liquidity providers. Liquidity providers in the SWAP/DAG pool took a real loss when the pool's DAG reserves were drained. That loss is being covered. We
reconstructed every trade in the affected window from on-chain data, all 132 transaction legs across 60 snapshots.
- The pool will be restored. Constellation is injecting 11,974,147.51 DAG from treasury to return the SWAP/DAG pool to the reserves and price it would
have held had the mint never occurred. That figure is sized to the pool's restored state, not to the amount the attacker took, because it also accounts
for the DAG that buyers paid in during the window and the DAG still in the pool. Liquidity providers do not absorb this loss.
- Users who bought SWAP during the window keep fair value. Ten addresses paid real DAG at prices the compromised pool was quoting. Rather than reversing those purchases, we replayed each one against the pre-incident price curve and each buyer keeps exactly what they would have received at a fair price. They are victims here, and they are not being penalized for trading during a window they had no way to identify.
- The minted SWAP is being removed from circulation. The wallets that received the minted tokens, and the wallets that received those tokens onward without paying for them, are being reduced by the amount that was created.
This is not a roll back, and no transaction history is being altered. The correction applies going forward, at a
single future snapshot. The result will be fully visible one chain.
Every figure above was derived from mainnet snapshots and is independently verifiable on-chain.
Timing. The remediation is a single coordinated change across Tessellation and PacaSwap, and it has to land correctly the first time. It is in review now. We will not restart PacaSwap until that review is complete and verified, and we will announce the restart before it happens rather than after.
What changes. The specific bug is closed, but the more useful question is why this path validated an end state instead of each operation that produced it. We are auditing the arithmetic across every balance-mutating path in the protocol on that basis, and expanding external review of this code.
The bridge was closed as a precaution and will reopen when PacaSwap does. We'll post the restart plan and timeline as soon as the review clears.
If you hold SWAP or provided liquidity, you do not need to do anything. There is nothing to claim, migrate, restore, or approve. No action on your part is required at any point in this process. Be careful of scams that claim otherwise.

Pacaswap was targeted in an attack earlier today.
The attacker exploited a vulnerability in the metagraph to drain the SWAP/DAG pool.
We have identified that vulnerability and are patching it now. The metagraph and the Bridge are down for maintenance until at least tomorrow. The Hypergraph is unaffected and continues to operate normally.
We are covering affected LP losses. No action is needed from you.

Isn't as crazy as it sounds
Hyperliquid is a high-performance blockchain built for trading. It runs a transparent, open order book for perpetual futures and spot markets, processing massive volume with no traditional intermediaries.
Constellation is a feeless Layer 0 network designed for data. Projects and companies build their own metagraphs on top of it. The Hypergraph connects them and validates complex data types at scale.
DeFi volume is not where it was. DEX activity sits well below what it was last year $1.37T vs today $307B.
The speculative cycle that carried pure trading protocols is fading.
The entire industry is moving toward regulated, KYC-compliant rails. Anonymous hopium is being replaced by systems that can actually clear compliance and enterprise requirements.
Constellation should be viewed as a different company now. It was acquired by AIAI Holdings. The old pure-crypto narrative no longer applies.
People will still point to low adoption. That misses the shift. The parent company is already shipping real products: Gate AI with a published benchmark, Arca for cross-border payments and Dôr Retail Intelligence now integrating Transformational AI across thousands of stores.
You: But Hyperliquid does buybacks.
True. Constellation discussed deflationary mechanisms and token burns as early as 2019.
The network simply was not in a position to implement them in a meaningful way. That position is changing.
The comparison is not about matching Hyperliquid’s trading volume.
It is about what happens when a data network with live enterprise products sits inside a public holding company that actually deploys them.

In June, Constellation was featured in the 2026 CTMA Magazine, the official publication of the DoD's Commercial Technologies for Maintenance Activities Program.
The DoD wrote about HGTP in its own magazine.
Diggles explained why it fits.
"We didn't start in crypto. We started in the field."
Sensors that lose the sky for eighty minutes. Data that has to keep working with no link home. The network is feeless, and validating sensitive data makes no sense when the fee exceeds the value of the transfer.
Gate AI published its prompt injection benchmark with full methodology. Buyers audit the number instead of trusting it.
Dor was founded by former Apple engineers off the iPod and iPhone teams. 2,000+ retail stores. Over $5 billion in sales volume analyzed. The same sensor now tells clinics which physician is least productive.
MediGuide delivers healthcare to more than 2 million members.

Dôr shipped Retail Intelligence this month across 2,000+ locations.

Validators are live. Snapshots are posting. The network is settling authentication outcomes on the global $DAG while keeping the specialized logic and data handling inside the metagraph.

Polymarket has CLARITY at 17% to become law this year. The Senate left for recess without voting and returns September 14.
Most alts are down 30% to 47% year to date.
Most networks spent years and tens of millions on grants and incentive programs chasing activity that never arrived.
$DAG never bought a user base.
What Constellation built instead:
• Gate AI published its prompt injection benchmark with full methodology. 97.4% F1 detection, 53ms median latency, auditable by any buyer instead of taken on faith
• Dor Traffic Miner has signed sensor data at the device into Digital Evidence under commercial terms since 2018
• A $1.07 billion national lottery fingerprints its results on the network
• Development company sits inside a NASDAQ-listed holding company that also owns MediGuide and the construction firm building Tesla Gigafactories and data centers in Texas
Every one of those is somebody outside Constellation paying for verifiable data. None of it needed a token incentive to exist.
Palantir spent a decade being called a solution looking for a problem. Then the contracts arrived and the argument ended.
$DAG is still collecting receipts.
