It’s tiresome when abled people criticise disabled people for talking about their lives online.
How privileged you must be, to be able to tell a disabled person to shut up.
Many disabled people are isolated and alone, and online is the only place we can vent and talk to others going through the same.
If it makes you uncomfortable, scroll past.
But you don’t get to police what disabled people say.

Chronic illness is already such a hard thing to deal with. And then people make it even harder. They judge you, disbelieve you, and abandon you. Doctors minimize it and gaslight you. Insurance fights you on everything. Pharmacies make it so complicated for you to get your meds. It’s beyond exhausting.
