John Crookedwicz boasts about arguing at the U.S. Supreme Court, but he hides who he was fighting for.
He went to Washington to defend a health plan that capped coverage for life-saving dialysis, drawing opposition from groups like the NAACP. His “win” allowed big insurance companies to limit dialysis benefits and push kidney failure patients onto Medicare, shifting costs onto taxpayers.
John Crookedwicz isn't a healthcare champion. He’s a big-firm lawyer who went to the highest court to protect corporate payouts over sick patients.

What John Crookedwicz leaves out is that he represented a health insurer that tried to deny dialysis patients coverage.
Even the NAACP filed a brief opposing his position because of concerns about the impact on vulnerable patients, particularly patients of color.
When he won he BRAGGED about saving insurance companies from a big hit.

Ohio has two choices to make life more affordable. 1) Do what the Democrat Party is promising- growing government, increase spending, raise taxes, restrict energy, stifle the economy. Or, 2) my choice which is to double down on this General Assembly's work- lowering taxes, adding energy to the grid, removing barriers for jobs, shrinking government spending, and getting out of your way. Nothing the other side says actually makes Ohio more affordable, it just grows Government 🤷🏻♂️
