#TOKEN2049 is never just one event. It's conferences, panels and meetings all happening across the city at once. Good to share the stage with Kyle from @Gate and @nic_web3 from @Bitbase_Ex. My takeaway: the future of crypto isn't only about competition, it's more about cooperation. We compete for users and market share, but trust and adoption are things we build together. We compete as exchanges, and grow as an industry. 💪

It has been an incredibly full day. At midday, I joined representatives from several organizations, including @Tether and @galaxyhq, at HSC for an in-depth discussion on the digital economy: what we are still missing, and where our priorities should lie next. I am grateful to @mpost_io for their support, and to my fellow panelists for sharing such thoughtful insights. Later, I sat down for two interviews, one with @crypto_banter and another with @Cointelegraph at LONGITUDE. The questions varied, but the core focus stayed the same: what role should an exchange play for traders? And looking ahead to 2027 and beyond, as crypto trading becomes mainstream, what kind of exchange will traders actually need? Last night at the 1% Club. Left with a trading thought I keep having. The 1% is not the size of the account. Plenty of people are the top 1% by balance and still have no idea what they do next. The ones who actually sit in that room, at least the ones worth listening to, are not the ones who called the top. They are the ones who still have a plan when the call is wrong. Size gets you in the room. A plan is why you are still trading next year.

Today I closed out CoinFerenceX on "The Next Cycle: Bold Predictions for 2027". My call: in 2027, consistency beats conviction. This industry celebrates high-conviction bets. Saw what happened at @bitget . I do not have anything clever to add. I just know that kind of night stays with a team. You are trying to protect users, keep the platform steady, and deal with something you never wanted to be in. Thinking of everyone working through it. Hope they get the space to handle this and come out the other side. We are in the same industry. When one desk takes a hit like this, it does not feel distant.
