NCERT के अध्यापक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा भारत के पूर्वी क्षेत्र के DIETs एवं SCERTs के अध्यापक-प्रशिक्षकों को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से पाँच दिवसीय क्षमता संवर्धन कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ आज किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में पूर्वी भारत के पाँच राज्यों/संघ शासित प्रदेशों—अंडमान एवं निकोबार द्वीपसमूह, बिहार, झारखंड, ओडिशा और पश्चिम बंगाल—के 70 प्रतिभागी भाग ले रहे हैं। इस क्षमता संवर्धन कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत NEP-2020, NCFFS-2022, NCFSE-2023 तथा समग्र शिक्षा के अंतर्गत DIETs को ‘उत्कृष्टता केंद्र’ में परिवर्तित करने की योजना से संबंधित प्रमुख विषयों पर सत्र आयोजित किए जाएंगे। इसके साथ ही, राज्यों द्वारा शैक्षिक नवाचारों को साझा किया जाएगा। कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत प्रतिभागियों के लिए बिहार संग्रहालय, पटना का शैक्षिक भ्रमण भी प्रस्तावित है। यह कार्यक्रम 26 से 30 अक्टूबर, 2026 तक SCERT, पटना (बिहार) में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। कार्यक्रम के उद्घाटन सत्र में अध्यापक शिक्षा विभाग की विभागाध्यक्ष प्रो. शरद सिन्हा एवं SCERT बिहार के संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. सुरेन्द्र कुमार उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों को राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 के लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति हेतु जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक कार्य करने तथा विद्यार्थियों को सक्षम बनाने पर जोर दिया। कार्यक्रम की अगली कड़ी में प्रो. सिन्हा ने DIETs को जिले की शिक्षा व्यवस्था का हृदय बताते हुए 'उत्कृष्टता केंद्र' के एक्शन प्लान पर चर्चा की। वहीं NEP-2020 के दृष्टिकोण पर सत्र लेते हुए NCERT के संयुक्त निदेशक प्रो. प्रकाशचन्द्र अग्रवाल ने सीखने-सिखाने की प्रक्रिया में अध्यापक-प्रशिक्षकों एवं अध्यापकों की महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका को रेखांकित करते हुए अनुभव-आधारित शिक्षण पद्धतियों के उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किए तथा उन्हें अपनाने के लिए अधिकतम प्रयास करने का आह्वान किया। कार्यक्रम का समन्वय डॉ. जितेन्द्र कुमार पाटीदार, अध्यापक शिक्षा विभाग, NCERT, नई दिल्ली द्वारा किया जा रहा है। वहीं, डॉ. निधि प्रिया, सहायक समन्वयक, SCERT, पटना ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत किया। #NCERT #TeacherEducation #CapacityBuilding #NEP2020 #DIETs #SCERT

This year, Vigilance Awareness Week is being observed from 26th October to 01st November, 2026 under the 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 ‘𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲.’ The Vigilance Awareness Week, 2026 began today at the NCERT Headquarters, New Delhi. The Hon’ble Director, NCERT, Professor Dinesh Prasad Saklani administered the Integrity Pledge to both academic and non-academic employees of the Council to reaffirm their commitment to integrity and transparency. The Department of Elementary Education (DEE), NCERT, New Delhi, organised a three-day workshop from 13 to 15 October 2026 on the development of a training model for Balvatika teachers. The workshop commenced with an inaugural session attended by Prof. Y. Shreekant; Prof. Romila Bhatnagar; and Prof. Reetu Chandra DEE, NCERT. Dr. Pooja Patil presented an overview of the programme, highlighting the findings of the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Tool, the Punjab State Consultation Report, and the Punjab Field Observation Summary. The workshop brought together experienced resource persons for detailed deliberations on the draft chapters of the proposed training model framework. The discussions focused on integrating the identified training needs of Balvatika teachers with field-based observations and stakeholder consultations to develop a comprehensive, context-responsive, and need-based training framework.
