Who are MultiChain Advisors Inc.?
We are the premiere Web 3.0 consulting firm that you've never heard of.
For a long time, we have been operating in the background. Now, it is time to reintroduce ourselves.
So what are we all about?

Their mission is simple:

They do this for the fam 'cause this is bigger than them (big)
Growth for the sake of growth isn’t the goal.
The right move is knowing when to scale, and when staying lean gives you the advantage.
To scale or not to scale?
@cryptoape walked us through the steps founders can take to make the decision to grow or stay lean.
AI’s next bottleneck is connectivity. Europe is bringing central-bank settlement to tokenized markets. AI biotech is moving into the lab.

🇨🇦 We fund the research. We train the founders. Are we watching someone else collect the return?
We brought the Built in Canada Tour to the @Futurist_conf in Toronto and asked @orangeape of @Multichain Advisors what Canadian Web3 companies need most in order to grow:
"We need more focus on capturing value up here in Canada. Fundamentally, we need to retain more value and build more value north of the border, without allowing these founders to move to San Francisco and get poached by the American economy."
With clear, responsible rules, Canada can capture the value it has already invested in.

In emerging technology, the right relationships can accelerate growth.
This autumn, the MCA team will be across North America, Europe, MENA, and Asia, connecting with founders, investors, partners, and ecosystem leaders.
These conversations support capital strategy, partnerships, market expansion, and a closer understanding of where emerging technology is moving next.
Strong networks create access, opportunity, and long-term growth.
Most emerging tech products don't have a growth problem.
They have a retention problem. New users are easy to buy. Users who come back are earned.
At MCA, we look at three things before spending on UA: activation rate, week-4 retention, and revenue per returning user. If those aren't healthy, acquisition just fills a leaking bucket.
Fix the product loop first. Then scale acquisition.
Founder-led LinkedIn is not just personal branding.
Before someone takes the call, forwards the deck, or trusts the company, they often check the founder first.
A company page announces what changed.
A founder profile explains why it matters.
We’re breaking this down with @Northernapez and @orangeape in our next MCA live session:

80+ successful product launches taught us that launch day is rarely what determines success.
Across emerging technology, the strongest launches tend to get a few things right early.
1️⃣ Distribution starts before the product is live.
The teams that build their audience, partnerships, community, and market presence early have a much stronger starting point when launch day arrives.
2️⃣ Clear positioning matters more than saying more.
If people cannot quickly understand what the product does, who it is for, and why it matters, more marketing rarely solves the problem.
3️⃣ The first users matter more than the biggest audience.
Early traction comes from reaching the people most likely to use, advocate for, and help shape the product.
4️⃣ Every market needs a different approach.
The channels, partnerships, communities, and messages that work in North America may look very different in Europe, MENA, or APAC.
5️⃣ Launch is the beginning, not the finish line.
The real work starts after attention arrives: activation, retention, feedback, iteration, and turning early momentum into sustainable growth.
One thing has become clear: great products need strong distribution, and strong distribution starts with the right strategy.
