A Family in the Web3 Space focused on KNOWLEDGE, GROWTH, IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY. https://xitter.cf/t.co/eVs61nMvXL

When Movement Community first started, we were on Telegram. It felt like family. We had different sections for writers, developers, designers, and other niches. We were all working on our own paths in Web3, but we were doing it together. It was motivating because we were surrounded by people who understood the journey and genuinely wanted to see each other grow.

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Over the years, we've seen a shift in how people approach opportunities. Rather than sitting around waiting for jobs, more people are taking the initiative to learn skills and create opportunities for themselves. From AI and cybersecurity to content creation, design, social media growth, YouTube automation, fashion, and many other fields, people are becoming more productive and skilled. That's progress. But it has also created a new challenge. How do you stand out when thousands of other people can do what you do? Having a skill is one thing. Knowing how to position yourself, communicate your value, reach the right audience, and turn your expertise into opportunities is another. This isn't a new problem. Businesses have faced it for decades. When several brands offer similar products, what makes customers choose one over the others? The same question applies to today's professionals and creators. How do you market your skill in a crowded space? How do you attract clients, build trust, and become the person people think of when they need a particular solution? These are some of the questions we'll be exploring in our next community space, with practical insights, shared experiences, and open discussions on how to move beyond simply acquiring skills to marketing them effectively. We're inviting content creators, brands, agencies, KOLs, industry professionals, beginners, and thought leaders to join the conversation, share their experiences, and contribute perspectives that could help someone take the next step in their career. 𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄) 𝗯𝘆 𝟴 𝗣𝗠 Come ready to learn, share, and contribute. Because in a world full of skilled people, knowing your craft matters. Knowing how to sell its value matters, too. Movement Weekly Recap It’s been another week of connecting, bonding, and creating memorable moments in the Movement community. Last week came with conversations, celebrations, and moments that made being part of Movement worthwhile. Our community continues to grow as we welcomed new members and looked forward to building meaningful connections with them. On X, we explored a thought-provoking topic, exchanged ideas, and learned from different perspectives during one of our Spaces. Our WhatsApp family meeting also gave us time to bond, connect, and strengthen the sense of family that makes our community special. We also hosted a birthday Space to celebrate a special occasion and make it memorable. Another highlight was The Therapy Session Part Two, a fun and engaging Space that brought everyone together for a great time. Every conversation, every connection, and every moment counts. We're building something special here, and we're just getting started.

1. Are Web3 KOLs genuinely influential, or are some just popular accounts selling attention to the highest bidder? 2. If someone has 100K followers but generates no meaningful results, are they more valuable than someone with 2K followers who drives actual adoption? 3. Does a blue tick represent credibility, or have we created a system where people pay for the appearance of influence? 4. Are memecoin KOLs helping their communities discover opportunities, or are some using their followers as exit liquidity? 5. If a Web3 project needs KOLs to convince people to use its product, does that mean the product isn't good enough?

1. What Does a KOL Mean? A KOL (Key Opinion Leader) is someone whose knowledge, credibility, or influence can shape people's opinions and decisions within a particular niche or industry. 2. Does Having Many Followers Make You a KOL? No. Follower count doesn't automatically equal influence. A person with 1,000 engaged followers can have more impact than someone with 20,000 passive followers. 3. What Makes Someone a KOL in Web3? Influence: Can they shape opinions or decisions? Credibility: Do people trust their insights? Engagement: Do people listen, respond, and take action? Expertise: Do they understand the projects or topics they discuss? Impact: Can they drive awareness, adoption, or meaningful conversations? 4. What Are Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 KOLs? These are informal classifications based on factors such as reach, reputation, engagement, and campaign performance. There is no universal standard for these tiers, and having a higher tier doesn't automatically mean better results. 5. Does Every Web3 Project Need KOLs? No. It depends on the project's goals, audience, and stage of development. Some projects need KOLs to build awareness and reach new audiences. Others may benefit more from community building, educational content, partnerships, or product-led growth. KOLs are a strategy, not a requirement. 6. What Should Projects Look for When Hiring KOLs? Projects should look beyond follower counts and consider: Audience relevance. Authentic engagement. Credibility and reputation. Previous campaign performance. Ability to communicate the project's value. Actual results, not just impressions. 7. Can Anyone Become a KOL? Yes, potentially. You don't necessarily need thousands of followers. Consistently sharing valuable insights, building trust, developing expertise, and influencing conversations can help establish you as a KOL over time. The key is to build influence through value, not noise.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗔 𝗞𝗢𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗡? 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗢𝗘𝗦 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗪𝗘𝗕𝟯 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗡𝗘? We've seen people talk about KOLs everywhere in Web3, but how many people truly understand what it means to be one? Does being a KOL mean having a high follower count on X? Does it mean having influence? Is it about constantly posting wins and making noise? Does being good at talking automatically make you a KOL? And more importantly, does every Web3 project actually need KOLs? 👀 What about the different tiers? Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3… What separates them, and how do they actually work? We're bringing these questions to the table for an insightful and detailed discussion. Happening 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 (𝗪𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) by 𝟴 𝗣𝗠 𝗪𝗔𝗧, Live on our community X Space. The problem everyone has accepted might be your biggest opportunity. Think about Uber. Before Uber, taxis already existed. People already knew how to get from one place to another. The problem wasn't that transportation didn't exist, People were already using it. But there were still frustrations around the experience and someone looked at that and thought: “There has to be a better way.” That question changed everything. Because sometimes, a problem becomes so normal that people stop seeing it as a problem. They simply learn to live with it. And this happens everywhere. You see it in business, communities and in Web3. Maybe you are a Web3 newbie trying to find your place. You keep seeing people struggle to get opportunities. Maybe you notice that people don't know where to find the right information. Maybe you notice talented people struggling to show what they can actually do. Those are problems and sometimes, you don't understand the real problem until you start talking to the people experiencing it. You might think you have found the answer, then you speak to them and realise there is something deeper. That conversation can change the solution. It can even change the problem you thought you were solving. The same thing applies to Web3 projects. You might have a great idea, build it, launch it and wonder why people aren't using it. Sometimes the issue isn't the product. Sometimes you solved a problem people never really cared about. That is why the first version doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be enough for you to learn. -Put it in front of people. -Let them use it. -Listen to what they say. -Watch what they actually do. Their feedback can show you what you couldn't see from your own side. And that brings us back to the simple journey: PROBLEM → PERSON → SOLUTION → FIRST VERSION → FEEDBACK So maybe you don't need to sit around waiting for the next big idea. Maybe you just need to pay more attention to the problems you encounter every day. Because the problem you keep complaining about... The problem your friends keep complaining about... The problem people have simply learned to live with... might just be worth trying to solve. Probably you just encountered a problem. Don't always wait for someone else to solve it. Most times, that problem is worth trying.

Happy Monday, a quick reminder: All change is not growth, as all movement is not forward. Movement is not just about going somewhere. It's about knowing where you're going, understanding why you're going there, and becoming someone better along the way. So take your time.
