Going to work at Motel Hell. One employee quit so it should be interesting day. Not sure how much longer I can take the stress.
Hopefully I can get through tomorrow without a peep from the hotel. Not sure how much longer I will make it. Will try to hang in there.
One guest in checks in twice to two different rooms and than leaves less than 1/2 hour later. I am beginning to get worn out by the drama.
I go in to motel hell for one hour and total cluster breaks out. One staff member is having a breakdown and needs time off.
maybe it is this way in all corporate environments and I was real lucky for all those years at my old job. Oh well back to the hell hole.
make it the next week. Too much drama from staff, guests and upper management. They expect perfection from minimum wage staff.

Friend brought out Brown baggers sandwiches for employees today. They really did appreciate it. Can't get two doors open with IPAQ.
Not too much drama this week. Feel sorry for the 3 employees who live on site and do not have cars. Hope they can have a nice Easter.
My life has definately changed since last year. Working is great, but not how I wanted my life to be at this point. But I do have job
my assistant is no good with money handling. Had one employee show up for work in slippers and sweat Had to loan money to employee for food
guest clogged toilet by using paper towels as tp. Was Plumbermess and it was not just a couple, but 1/2 a roll. Plumber wrote nasty note
water shut off for over 4 hours in whole building on Friday. Had to drain entire building just to fix small leak Nothing got done that day
Cops showed up yesterday to talk to guest. Too much drama on daily basis. Not used to the grind yet. Staff is trying but too mnay stories
No big deal at hotel yesterday. Cops stopped by to talk to one guest, but he did not leave with them. I have been sane the last two days.
