For International Day to #EndFGM, we celebrate the work of @OngAmsopt, a @GlobalFundWomen grantee partner in Mali. Through info sessions on ending FGM/C & child marriage and peer ed training, communities in the Kayes region are abandoning these practices. ow.ly/yV3i50kK4ba
“It’s a huge health issue for women, both physically & emotionally. It hits the core of their self-worth & is a disempowering practice.” Yeri Sali Youl led a successful campaign to #EndFGM with @GlobalFundWomen grantee partner @Asso_Apfg in Burkina Faso. ow.ly/cmFW50kJ88n

Thank you, @BrittanyHarlin, for your thoughtful review of "All the Women in My Family Sing." I am thrilled to part of this anthology of prose and poetry by women of color from around the world and even more excited that readers appreciate what we shared. ow.ly/fYu730kWZ4Q
