6,292 players joined our Minecraft server this year, from more than 100 countries. Every one of them now has a @solana wallet. For most, it was their first. We are going for the next million.

Minecraft server economies are trapped in Groundhog Day. An item duplicates. Admins panic. The server rolls back 24 hours. Legitimate players lose everything they earned that day. Even the biggest servers struggle to survive this loop. The fundamental flaw? Game files are just copyable data. If a server can’t distinctly identify an asset, one item becomes many copies. During our Demo Day, @MineXsol showed exactly how to fix it: tying one asset ID to an on-chain record.

One of my biggest surprises from Day 1 at TOKEN2049 was how approachable some of the top VCs were after their panels. Often only 2–3 founders stayed to talk with them. We got direct feedback, exchanged contacts, and shared what we're building. Sometimes you just have to hustle

The Microtransaction Trap: Want to sell an in-game asset for $0.30? You can't. A $0.49 flat processing fee means the payment cost is larger than the actual item price. Micro-commerce dies instantly.

Over 6,000 active players are on @MineXsol, the economy layer for Minecraft on @solana. Anyone who has played Minecraft has run into item duping, middleman trading scams, and when a server shuts down, everything is lost with it. MineX puts items and collectibles onchain, so each one is verifiable, trades happen directly between two players, and nobody can print more. Earlier this month two players traded an item for over $100 between them. The layer can be deployed into Minecraft networks that already have communities, which is where the scale comes from. The MineX model monetizes 50% better than a standard server, and players stay longer. It's live. Go play 🌱 minex.gg/

First new dimension in 14 years! Minecraft sold 75 million copies in 18 months. The 18 months before, 50 million. It's a 17 years old game. More than 300,000 play it for the first time per DAY. The adoption speed is not slowing, actually is increasing. xitter.cf/asha_shar/status/21038…

Today at Minecraft LIVE: Dungeons II, our first new dimension in more than 14 years, new ways for creators to build, Minecraft on Nintendo Switch 2, and more. More than 300,000 people play Minecraft for the first time on an average day. After 17+ years and 425M+ copies sold, I love that Minecraft is still finding new players and giving longtime ones new things to discover. 💚
