There’s still time to make your breast health a priority. 💗 If you’re due for a mammogram, now is a great time to schedule your breast cancer screening. Regular mammograms can help detect breast cancer early, sometimes before symptoms appear. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re reminding women to know their breast cancer risk, stay current with recommended mammograms and talk with their health care provider about any breast changes or concerns. And if you need more than a screening, our breast cancer care team is here to provide expert care close to home – from diagnosis and breast surgery to medical oncology, radiation oncology and ongoing support. October may be ending, but your breast health matters all year long. 💗 It’s Mammogram Time. bit.ly/3XN0PAl

Breast cancer does not always cause noticeable symptoms in its early stages. That’s why regular mammograms are so important for early detection. It’s also important to know how your breasts normally look and feel. If you notice a new lump, change in breast size or shape, skin or nipple changes, nipple discharge or another change that’s unusual for you, talk with your health care provider. If you’re due for a mammogram, make time for your breast health. It’s mammogram time. 💗 bit.ly/3XN0PAl

Treating atrial fibrillation is important because AFib can increase the risk of stroke, heart failure, and dementia, and it can negatively affect quality of life. Because the heart is not pumping blood as efficiently during an irregular rhythm, patients may feel tired or short of breath and may have reduced exercise capacity. Learn more 👉 bit.ly/46YpNQX

❤️ September is Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Awareness Month. AFib is an abnormal heart rhythm caused by abnormal electrical signals in the heart. In AFib, abnormal electrical signals cause the upper chambers (atria) to beat very rapidly and irregularly. Some people experience symptoms of AFib, while others have no symptoms at all. The most common symptoms are related to a rapid and irregular heartbeat. Learn more about AFib, other cardiac arrhythmias, and treatment options here: bit.ly/3Dc5ZLG #AFib #AFibAwarenessMonth #PreventAFib #AFibAwareness #HeartHealth
