They will ship it to me in US and I have to get it shipped to Spain and then return it back to a friend who can then ship it to Google. And yes. it all has to happen in 14 days.. or is it 21 days. And they charged me $1100 for a refurbished replacement.

Customer success acknowledged but they are so inconsistent that they charged me and the new supervisor (Akshay) wont even take the time to read the thread. Google the company I loved working for has turned me completely to Apple now.

Unicorns are nice to have but I like Dragons even more. Dragons are startups that return the entire fund. This is a far more meaningful KPI for a venture investment than the vanity investment in a Unicorn. Congrats to new fathers of a Dragon - Yahish and Alok #policybazaar
