If Fortnite says “Not Available” when you try to install or update it, try this:
Open the Epic Games Launcher and start installing the Engine, then just pause the download.
After that, Fortnite should become available again and you can install/update it normally.
If Fortnite is already installed, just click the Fortnite icon on your desktop and it should launch normally.
Tested ping to Fortnite's new subregions from northern Italy using Epic's official endpoints 📶
EU → Germany 32 ms (UK 35, France 40)
ME → Bahrain 94 ms
NA → Virginia 109 ms
Israel pings 62 ms but isn't selectable in game yet 👀

We've fixed the building & editing bug that would prevent players, especially on controller, from quickly building or editing!

🎛️ Players with a custom keybind for Interact and Pick-Up may need to re-bind their selected key.
We're investigating an issue where this bind was reset to default.

We've fixed an issue with the Epic Games Launcher where players were unable to update or install games, or where they saw it appear blank.

The game experiences a big frame drop consistently every ~61.1 seconds
Replicated on several different systems standing still in any creative map, doesn't happen in other games, I spent hours confirming this
