Development League is built for Kindergarten through 4th grade. Here is the blueprint for how we run it: - We scale the game down to a 3x3 format, meeting 1 day a week. - K-1st grade takes the earlier session, and 2nd-4th grade takes the later session.

Coach @micah32mitchell talks about: - Fall/Winter Jamboree on Sunday, October 4th, at Sammamish High School. - Uniform deliveries: if you ordered your set by the September 6th deadline, they were mostly handed out last weekend - Last of the practices for the season

Lions League registration is OFFICIALLY LIVE! 🦁🏀 This is not just another basketball league. This is where we put in the work. This is where we learn the game, improve our skills, and build the habits of a champion.

Success is not just about what you do on the court. It is about the discipline, focus, and grind you put in everywhere else. That is why we are calling all LocalHoops athletes, parents, and families to step up and join us for the Vigor Fitness Bootcamp! Come ready to train.
