The latest Census reveals those aged 65 and over have increased by more than 700,000 since 2016, bringing the total to approx 4.4 million older Australians.

The #workforce is the backbone of the age services industry and the reason we can provide quality care. This is why we need urgent action on #agedcare.
Australia is facing a shortfall of at least 110,000 aged care workers within a decade – or 400,000 workers by 2050 – unless urgent action is taken to boost the workforce now, a new report has warned.
