@Streamer_Leera and I would finally like to introduce our daughter, Baby Ishi.
Born Friday, March 18, 2022; she was 7 pounds 2 ounces and 19.25 inches long.
Ishi’s favorite things are sticking out her tongue, listening to daddy’s voice, and trying to nom mommy’s chin.

I am a year away from having my PhD. I want to focus my counseling and psychology research on elder care. My grandfather had Alzheimer’s and it was awful to watch. I am terrified of that happening to me too.
So I’m very aware whenever my brain glitches out like this.
Watching the slow decline in my brain is terrifying. I’m still overall fine - but I just got on autopilot and almost put bread back in the refrigerator instead of the cabinet. Stuff like that didn’t used to happen.
I caught myself, but only after the fridge was open. I’m 36.
My biggest complaint with #HoFaS so far:

I’m reading #redrising and I just got to the bloody Titus reveal in the dungeon, and the payoff from Darrow’s behavior training earlier in the book was so delightfully unexpected and well written.
