KBR Careers

For Dawn Stottlemyre, LCSW, LSSBB, supporting military communities has been a calling throughout her career. Her journey spans nearly three decades of service, from enlisted airman to officer, military social worker, embedded behavioral health provider and program leader. Along the way, she gained firsthand insight into the challenges military families face and the importance of meeting people where they are. Today, she supports the #MFLC mission at #KBR, strengthening the support available to service members and their families. Mission Readiness Starts with Human Readiness. When service members and their families have access to trusted support, they are better equipped to navigate the stresses and transitions that come with military life. That foundation strengthens force readiness, unit effectiveness and mission performance. At #KBR, we understand that the success of the Military and Family Life Counseling program requires more than clinical expertise. The MFLC program demands proven workforce recruitment, retention, deployment and program management capabilities to consistently deliver high-quality support where and when it is needed most.
