It will be interesting to see the fine print of the 1% commission for fraud.gov and how this actually gets paid out.
The only other inventive for exposing fraud that exists is something called, “Qui Tam,” or the False Claims Act. It’s remarkable how few people know about it
In a Qui Tam, you sue on behalf of the government (you’re called the “relator”) if you are the original source or whistleblower. If the case prevails, you get 15-25% of the recovery if the government intervenes, or 25-30% if the relator pursues the case alone.
That is much higher than the 1% in the announced program….

BREAKING: The flagship law review at UC Berkeley is poised to delete all internal application records after we reported on the journal's use of personal statements to promote "diversity," sparking concerns that the journal is attempting to destroy evidence of unlawful discrimination.
The law review will vote tomorrow on a document retention policy that would require the journal to delete all "Write-On application materials following the conclusion of each year's Write-On process," as well as any materials related to the election of the journal's Holistic Review Committee. It would also bar the law review from retaining "any recordings of election forums."
As a reminder, law review editors have pledged in writing to "uplift Native voices," weigh "diverse life experience" against "technical editing abilities," and "integrate anti-racist sentiment" into the selection process.

Markwayne Mullin: "This is affiliated to the Prophet Muhammed. When it's permissible to lie, it says there's three reasons that it's permissible. One is in a time or war, one is in a time of conflict -- to try to reconcile -- and one is when you're trying to persuade your wife essentially to stay with you. Where does other religions say it's permissible to lie? So you can't compare that. Extreme Islam is dangerous."
