1 - I've banked with Union Bank for 20 yrs. All my accounts with them-business and personal. I could easily transfer $$ from my biz acct to my personal - which is how I pay myself as a small business owner. But @usbank absorbed Union Bank ... con't
2 - Now, under @usbank, I can NOT transfer funds between biz and personal. I have to CALL them and TALK to a customer service rep to have them transfer my funds. WTF? Make this make sense. One of the biggest banks in the US and I can't pay myself unless I call them.
