Every Palestinian I know that actually lives here and has traveled abroad has had the same experience.
The head of Electronic Intifada @AliAbunimah – a guy who was born in the US, went to Princeton and never lived a day in the Middle East – told a high-level Fatah guy who spent 5 years in Israeli jail that he wasn't a real Palestinian because now he believes in peace and wants a two-state solution.
The international pro-Palestinian movement is filled with frauds and cowards who want other people to die for their fantasies while they sit back, watch online and play keyboard commentary.
I will never forget a discussion I had in D.C. with a group of so-called “pro-Palestine” activists who looked me in the face and told me that sacrificing Palestinians in Gaza was worth it if it brought the Palestinian cause back onto the world stage.
So I asked them a simple question: Did any of you lose a home? A child? A mother or father? A brother or sister? Did you bury anyone you love? Did you lose anything because of this war?
Their answer was no.
And that was exactly my point.
There is something deeply rotten in the so-called pro-Palestine movement in the West: Palestinian suffering has been romanticized by people who never have to pay its price, while Hamas’s terrorism has been romanticized because it fulfills their fantasy of so-called “resistance.”
From thousands of miles away, they can glorify terrorism, celebrate “resistance,” preach about “necessary sacrifice,” and convince themselves that Palestinian deaths serve some greater revolutionary purpose. Meanwhile, it is Palestinians who bury their children, lose their homes, become displaced, and live with the consequences.
Palestinian lives are not yours to sacrifice for your revolutionary fantasies. Gaza is not a stage for your ideological performance. Our dead are not political currency, and Hamas’s terrorism does not become heroic simply because you have decided to call it “resistance” and doesn’t represent Palestinian people or tbeir cause.
You do not get to volunteer other people’s children for martyrdom while sitting safely in Washington, D.C.
If the sacrifice is always someone else’s family, someone else’s home, and someone else’s life, then it is not your sacrifice.
You are simply demanding that Palestinians bleed to fulfill your political fantasy.

Every other form of bigotry is considered a deficit of character and intellect. Never in a million years would anyone left-of-center person claim racism or homophobia is a reaction to events.
Replying to @DovWaxman
2. We also need to acknowledge that Israel’s actions fuel much (but not all) of the anger and hatred directed against Jews nowadays.

UN Korea aid ended after 5 years. UNRWA is approaching 80. One helped refugees rebuild; the other made refugee status permanent across generations.
The UN Korea Reconstruction Agency helped Korean War refugees rebuild — then shut down after 5 years. South Korea is now one of the world's most advanced nations.
UNRWA has run for nearly 80 years, passing "refugee" status down through generations instead.

Olivia @Olivia_Reingold deserves a Pulitzer Prize for revealing widespread mainstream media lies that went unchecked or went checked by sources that were literal terrorists
Almost exactly a year ago to the day, I uncovered that a dozen of the most viral images presented as evidence of famine in Gaza in fact showed children with unrelated medical issues, including cystic fibrosis and autoimmune conditions.
The investigation earned me death threats, calls for me to be tried at The Hague, and jabs by a high-profile comedian on national TV—despite the fact that we’ve had to issue exactly zero corrections on our story.
Our point was simply to tell readers that if there was a famine in Gaza, photographs of these children were not evidence of it.
What is indisputable today is that there is currently no famine in Gaza.
That is the major finding from a UNICEF-led team that recently produced the most comprehensive and robust nutrition survey of Gaza since the war began.
The survey found that less than a year after a famine was declared in Gaza, the territory has one of the lowest malnutrition rates in the region. A recovery that swift is not just “miraculous,” in the words of a malnutrition researcher I spoke with—it raises questions in and of itself. Questions like: How can a war-torn territory go from famine to showing some of the lowest rates of child malnutrition in the region in less than a year?
In my report today for @TheFP, I investigate that question, its implications, and what it means for the debate over the official decision to classify a famine in Gaza still raging 12 months on.

Passing off antizionist libels as fact and as false consensus is not acceptable. Antizionism’s ongoing infiltration of Western institutions deserves scrutiny. So do the intellectual frameworks that serve to grant it legitimacy.

Hamas is treated as 'an extra' on a film set, treated as a supposed symptom of the conflict & either excused or afforded token, minimal critique, when it needs to be considered as a primary antagonist in the entire movie, driving & escalating the conflict to prevent a resolution.
Ahmed Fouad Alkhatib — a Gaza native who lost 33 family members in Israeli airstrikes — argues in his new book that Hamas, rather than Israel, bears primary blame for Palestinian suffering and political stagnation.

5.9 million “refugees” from 750,000 displaced in 1948. UNRWA hasn’t solved the refugee crisis—it has perpetuated it.
5.9 million people are now eligible for UNRWA refugee services — most of them descendants of the 750,000 originally displaced in 1948.
@daisymaeinglese: an institution meant to help people move past displacement has instead built an identity around never letting go of it.

Official fundraising website of Maryam Dawas, 2026: "Maryam has a serious immune disorder that attacks her body every day, leaving her weak and vulnerable."
Reminder that many of the most viral images of skeletal Palestinian children—presented by news outlets as victims of famine last August—were like Maryam, in that they were suffering from complicated medical issues, including autoimmune disorders and cystic fibrosis.
Last August, The Free Press contacted the LA Times to alert them of our reporting. They did not respond to our request for comment.
Their story remains uncorrected on their website.

In August 2025, Gaza was officially declared famine-stricken. Now, a year later, new rigorous data says that the territory has one of the region’s lowest levels of severe child malnutrition.
@Olivia_Reingold reports on the Unicef-led data that has triggered a debate over whether the original famine declaration was correct.

Seems like a serious problem and evidence of clear corruption that the UN was making obviously false declarations of famine about an area that was receiving extensive aid per capita exclusively because that conclusion was helpful to one side in an information/propaganda war.
We’ve seen a lot of these “now the truth can be told” stories regarding Gaza over the last months. Including many listed as journalists and medical professionals openly identified as members of terror groups by the groups themselves.
The problem is that all of these falsehoods, which consistently went in one direction, are now widely believed. The truth almost doesn’t matter.
But it should be a lesson about the corruption of the groups involved. They can’t be trusted moving forward and American taxpayers shouldn’t be funding them.
A year ago, Gaza was officially declared famine-stricken. New, more rigorous data paints a dramatically different picture—and has triggered a debate over whether the original declaration was correct, writes Olivia Reingold. thefp.com/p/unicef-data-unde…

To confuse Hamas on October 7th, this elderly Jewish man, Shlomo Ron (85) took a seat in his living room.
He didn't play dead.
He played the lonely old man card.
It worked.
Hamas terrorists killed him, but after killing the lonely old man, they figured nobody else was at home.
This worked perfectly.
His family was spared, hiding in another area of the house. Shlomo Ron sacrificed himself. May we never forget his bravery.

The KGB did not stop at inventing antizionism; it also recast the Middle East conflict as a struggle between Marxism and capitalism. It looked at the stateless Arabs, held as refugees by Egypt after 1949 and later expelled by Jordan in 1970, and saw in these fighters a useful group it would come to call “Palestinians.” It gave them a national banner in the Palestine Liberation Organization, and a purpose rooted in the grievance and anger toward Israel that Haj Amin al-Husseini had already nurtured. And just like that, you have Palestinianism.

One of Gaza’s bravest voices - the man who co-organized the 2019 “We Want to Live” street protests against Hamas’s death culture - just delivered an unflinching demand: Hamas’s ideology must be eradicated the same way Nazism was. Wipe it out completely.
His vision is clear:
Demilitarize Gaza first.
Then deradicalize.
And finally rebuild a people capable of critical thinking and tolerance.
The UAE, as Moumen notes, proves it is possible.

There are countless published, yet forgotten, stories of how Israel helped deliver invaluable intelligence, equipment, and capabilities to the United States and the West in general - from the Cold War to the War on Terror. Any fool (cc @TuckerCarlson) who claims Israel is the sole beneficiary of its relationship with the United States is at best intellectually challenged, most likely morally compromised, and at worst a malicious agent of foreign interests. Some may be all three (cc @TuckerCarlson).
Operation Diamond is just one of many examples: in 1966, the Mossad executed a brilliant operation that brought a Soviet MiG-21 into the hands of the Israeli Air Force. At the time, the United States was concerned that the the next-generation Soviet jet had capabilities that surpassed those of the Americans and NATO.
The Mossad recruited an Iraqi Air Force pilot, Munir Redfa, to defect - taking off from Iraq for a routine training flight and landing the jet in Israel. After Israel thoroughly investigated the jet's capabilities, they transferred the learnings, and the MiG-21 itself, to the United States.
This operation gave the United States previously-unreachable insight into the Soviet military jet program.
Surely one is asking: why did Captain Munir Redfa take on this daring mission?
The answer may upset the aforementioned fools and morally challenged individuals (cc @TuckerCarlson).
You see, Captain Redfa was an Iraqi Christian who kept getting passed over for promotion, despite his dedication to Iraq. The Islamist leadership of the country would not allow this Chaldean Catholic to rise too far in the ranks.
He saw Israel as a far better alternative for someone of his beliefs, background and values.
