@GovEvers @JoshKaulWI take note. The State told a jury that bones were "really not evidence" & possibly not human... but gave those bones to the victim's family! Teresa's body being on another property is material exculpatory evidence the State LIED about. You MUST act on this.

Kratz said that because it couldn't be shown the bones were human that he wasn't going to spend 20 seconds on them. We believe that identifying the bones as Ms. Halbach's will cause the case to be reversed for a new trial. #askzellner
