Circle is retiring USDC on Noble, Initia's USDC will migrate to Injective. No user action is required as Initia Labs has developed a Redemption Vault. New incoming USDC will land as USDC.inj while outgoing USDC.n will auto-redeem to USDC.inj and carry on. more below 👇

Why a Redemption Vault? After Jan 12, 2027 only wallet-held Noble USDC can be redeemed with Circle, so existing USDC.n on Initia would be stranded. The vault lets USDC.n holders on Initia proceed as is, without the need for action within the Noble CCTP depreciation deadlines.

Initia and all appchains on the stack are marked SAFE from this vulnerability. We have our own EVM which makes this attack structurally impossible since every nested EVM frame runs in its own atomic cache branch. This model is consistent with the approach used in the bug fix. I hope all teams affected a speedy recovery and let us know if we can be helpful in any way.
