Congrats, @RichardSocher and the @Recursive_SI team! Introducing their local coding model, Flint, at the speed of light is an absolute credit to their team! 🔥 @GVteam
The @recursive_si team just introduced Flint, a state-of-the-art local coding model. Flint is 2x faster than comparable models and was built in under four months — an impressive pace from an equally impressive team. Congrats @RichardSocher and the Recursive team!

All this fire and also hiring! 🔥🚀 @attio @GVteam
Software was built for people or machines. @Attio is building for a future with both. Today, the team is introducing their hybrid architecture, a platform built for agentic revenue, designed for a world of people AND agents. Congrats to the whole team on this launch! 👏

Scaling asks founders to move from chief problem solver to chief orchestrator. GV Executive Talent Partner @hughes_rhys shares how high-EQ founders build trust, regulate under pressure, and lead through the chaos of scale.

“The next phase of AI is not about building better models. It’s about connecting those models to the private data and systems that run the enterprise, while maintaining control over the data that matters most.” - @emaxerrno, CEO and Co-founder, @Redpandadata Read more below on Redpanda’s record Q2.
Q2 was pure 🔥 The reason for our record quarter is simple: enterprises are moving AI agents from experiments into production, and that requires infrastructure that didn't exist before. Agents need real-time access to private data to act. Companies need visibility and control over what those agents can access and do. Huge thanks to our customers, partners, and the team for getting us here. 🙌 bit.ly/4xaQcXp

Congrats to @clattner_llvm @iamtimdavis and the @Modular team on #ModCon2026. Event takeaways from @davemuni below: xitter.cf/davemuni/status/209050…
Great to be back at another stellar @Modular developer conference: #ModCon2026! Thanks to @iamtimdavis for leading a deeply engaging discussion on AI infrastructure, the economics of training and inference, and the looming massive impact of open models. Takeaway: Efficient open models can achieve 90% of frontier performance at 10% of the cost. Soon, most applications outside of science and cybersecurity won’t require frontier models, for the same reason you don't hire a physics PhD for customer support. Congrats to Tim, @clattner_llvm, and the entire Modular team on another impressive event (their first as a @Qualcomm company!).

Incredible new update from team @SierraPlatform. The true brand voice creator is here!
Today, Sierra’s launching Voice Personas, which enable you to give your agent not just a voice, but a personality. Voice AIs shouldn't sound the same. It's time to empower every company to define their own brand voice. And we had a ton of fun messing around, as you’ll see in the video.

Founder resilience is not about running at full speed forever. @MidiHealth Founder and CEO Joanna Strober told GV Executive Talent Partner @Hughes_Rhys that the goal is to always stay open, absorb feedback, and keep improving. And when the exhaustion hits: rest, don’t quit.
