Sitting outside the @Delta Skyclub at DCA with my son - we arrived 3 hours and 9 minutes before our flight - so they won’t let us in due to their new 3 hour rule - which to be fair I totally approve and encourage (crowd control). There are only 10 people inside - rules are rules

PELOSI: "People think that the President of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness. He does not... The President can’t do it. So that’s not even a discussion."
Just got off the phone with an awesome @Delta rep who totally took care of a flight change due to Covid-19 issue - thank you Delta for not charging extra fees! Awesome customer service #CustomerExperience #CustomerService #thanksdelta #DeltaAirlines #delta
Terrible experience at @Marriott in Bozeman Montana - no breakfast and bad desk service. And no way to leave a review - my first negative experience with a great brand #badcustomerservice
Taking Lyft instead of Uber today because of the podcast I just listened to with their co-founder and @guyraz on @HowIBuiltThis.
Great article re: work hard / play hard in @FoodLogistics #workhardplayhard

Flying on United but @Delta won't grant Skyclub access - policy requires same day travel on Delta. I pay for this access via my AMEX. Lame
