Decided to drop out from this account. It's been my more general account and politics at the moment is too insane - need some headspace for the important stuff. From next week, just using @ProcessEdu.

Looking at my timeliness it seems that Johnson really has managed to pull off a mass bout of Stockholm syndrome in sections of the English population 😧

🚨 BREAKING: She's running. Cthulhu will contest the Tory leadership election after being approached by several Brexiteer MPs. The High Priest of the Great Old Ones told The Daily Mail: "All mankind should be free and wild, shouting and killing and revelling in joy."

What!!! This is now completely untenable. This is complete madness.
In all the discussion of a collapsing economy feels surreal that the media and politicians ensure Brexit is never mentioned!! #PoliticsLive

Simple question. If the tax take is the biggest in years, but public servcies are chronically underfunded and on the verge of collapse, where is all the money going? #PoliticsLive

Has Truss gone again? Looked like she needed a battery boost. #bbcnews
Some in the Conservative Party really seem to think they're incredibly popular and doing a great job. #bbcnews
If the growth rate has been so good, if se tors are ave, unemployment so low, why did Truss want to change direction. The Conservatives' arguments are so illogical, and theres no internal coherence. #bbcnews
How can a PM turn up to the house and then remain silent? Is she seriously just going to get up and leave again at the end of the statement? #bbcnews

We're now in greater debt than in 2010 - what's she talking about!! #bbcnews
Mordaunt is giving it a good go, but she doesnt look very enthusiastic. The Conservatives appear to love throwing each other under the bus!! #bbcnews
The government is now like a barn door in a high wind #bbcnews

So Conservatives are now adopting Labour's fuel policy? Couldn't make it up #bbcnews
Jeremy Hunt on Sunday, 'it's not the job of a chancellor to try to impact the market' Jeremy Hunt on Monday, 'I'm announcing changes in our fiscal plan to quieten the markets' 😂😂😂

Conservative government has backed itself into a corner through long term incompetence and government by perpetual campaigning. If they stick with their economic plan, they're toast, if they cut back support and raise taxes, cost of living will be even worse, and they're toast!!
Think at an election Starmer would make a good leader, but think Yvette Cooper would potentially have been even better, a UK version of Angela Murkel, direct, business-like and determined to put the country on a positive course.

The current collapse of the Conservative Party is Nigel Farage's greatest legacy.
