@Chase I have been with you for 15+ years + the last 2 days have been hell. I have been hung up on with customer service 2 times and no one can fix my problem. I get this message, reset my account, + then it happens again 15 min. later. We have changed emails, usernames, + pw's.

I am going to close my account, transfer my credit cards, and start over with someone else since no one can fix this.
closing my @Chase account today after being a customer for 15 years because they can't answer their phone, I keep getting my account locked and they can'yt help me. Who is your bank? Why should I choose them?
Almost quit my job tonight and there’s no guarantee I won’t quit tomorrow. Nurses are not ok right now and if a nurse tells you they are ok they are either lying about being a nurse or lying about being ok.
