I can do 330lbs (150kg) but I've been training pretty consistently for 6 years and I'm overweight.
It's far more impressive to hit three plates at Hegseths weight for sure.

The only difference is that this time the person dying actually deserves it

Yeah I was there last week. Way way way lower than 40% of riders. Maybe 1/1000 people wearing the in public to the point I can't remember a single person wearing one.
On the BTS right now, and about 4 out of 10 people are wearing a mask.
COVID is long over, but a lot of Thais still play it safe.
As far as I can tell, there are only 3 reasons to wear a mask in Bangkok:
→ Pollution
→ You're sick and don't want to pass it on
→ COVID
I think it's still mostly COVID. My guess is that people are worried about bringing it home to their family more than catching it themselves.
In Thailand you often have 3 generations under one roof: grandparents, parents and kids. And a lot of the people in masks are young, so I assume they're protecting the elderly at home.
If that's true, it's really considerate, and it says a lot about how close families are here.
Thai people reading this: can you confirm this?
Urgh now I have to see these ugly ass cars outside of Toranomon Hills too? As much as I dislike the Cyber Cab from Tesla, at least it looks like a regular car and not an eyesore.

Honestly I hated them since they started criminalizing the use of the red cross in gaming.
They dont want their symbol to be seen as helpful, and their actions show the same thing.
Just found out that Japan somehow has a full sugar, no caffeine monster energy? I'm both confused and also wondering where the white monster version is now 😂

So you risk your money by investing in stocks and shares via an ISA, you cant withdraw your money easily and now they take over 20% of any money you do make despite you taking all the risk. Do they give you back 22% of any loss their ISA makes as extra stocks?

This really is just an isolated incident. Immediately assuming islamaphobia is unbelievable 😏
It's just stirring up division in the white community.
Absolutely appalling.
No one should face violence on our streets. The suspect appears to be motivated by anti-Muslim hatred. I will not tolerate this - he will face the full force of the law.
My thoughts are with those who are injured and I thank the police and the emergency services for their response.

I can now confirm that Israel formally requested access to the Iran MoU and was denied. A remarkable and highly unusual development between close allies on an issue of such critical national security importance.

To give you an idea of scale, during the Rape of Nanking, Japanese soldiers were estimated to have raped 20 to 80 thousand Chinese women.
This report estimates at least 250 thousand women were victimized by these Muslim rape gangs.
Technically the UK should be last on the list.
Most arrests over social media posts
Most monitoring on internet use in the world
Pushing for Digital ID (By pretending to protect kids)
Then arresting anyone who is anti-government
Its really bad over there right now..
