Omar Cooper Jr. has run just 29 routes in the NFL so far, and he's caught 7 of 8 targets for 133 yards and a TD, while he had a 14-yard TD wiped out by a penalty that did not affect the play. Throw that one in, and he's averaging 5.07 yards per route run. Sheesh! #Jets

Beyond proud of my guy @brandmillerr for earning this extension with the Hornets. The crazy part is, he truly is just getting started. The sky is the absolute limit for what he can do as a leader in Charlotte

The wine business needs to wake up.
Thereās such a ludicrous delusion in the wine world of what the fuck is going on with human beings. Period. Itās to the point where, and this is why Iām posting wine content right now, me giving 0.01% effort can have a bigger impact than 99% of whatās going on in marketing in the wine world.
I was talking with my team about this. One of them worked for years picking grapes in Sonoma County, in the Russian River area, and told me what growers are saying now that harvest is wrapping up. They canāt sell their grapes. California wine sales are down more than 20% over five years. Prices are dropping. Families are deciding whether to replace vineyards with crops that are in greater demand. Itās dire.
This is a huge shoutout to all the āact-orsā in the feed and who saw this ā¦ I admire your actions and you realizing its not just āthinking itā itās acting on it

Be thoughtful about whose judgment you decide to accept. When you realize this... the whole game changes ā¤ļø
I really hope these lessons @gstaadguy and I talked about hit home for you:
Which lesson did you need to hear? And which one do you need to share with someone you care about?
I don't think people stack gratitude enough.
It's like a video game. If the bar is full and you get punched, you're still alive and keep going. And I think people don't get their "bar" full by being appreciative of the day.... and then when they get hit, they don't have anything there.
It's real.. if you got a lot of good coming, you need to stack that, so that when bad comes... something anxious, something adverse happens, you've got the juice to fight it.
On a previous episode of Tea with GaryVee I was asked, "You always start with optimism. Optimism. And it seems like optimism is the offense play. And a lot of people are playing out of defense or fear. How do you get people to play optimism-offense?"

The world has abundance - there is plenty of happiness, joy, richness to go around but itās on you to have the perspective and then the discipline and actions to āget thereā
