Ultimately, energy prices will be most helped by unleashing America's domestic production - something President Trump has made great strides in doing.
Russian diesel likely won't make much of an impact - but unfortunately, it will help Putin.

How can the SI Force turn the SI Accord into an SI Act that makes President Trump’s approach permanent, keeps his legacy intact after 2028, and builds trust with the American people?

Again and again Russia does this.
This morning, a Russian guided bomb struck Good News Church in Kramatorsk, Ukraine, during Sunday morning hours.
Pastor Viktor Pavenko has served this city for more than 35 years. His church runs an important bread ministry for the poor and for people who have no family left to care for them. Our teammate Karl Ahlgren slept in this building a few weeks ago while delivering aid.
By God’s grace, no one was inside or injured in the attack on the church.
Kramatorsk is under heavy bombardment. Ten days ago, a glide bomb hit buses in the city and killed at least 30 people.
🙏 Please pray for Pastor Viktor and his congregation as they work out how to keep feeding their neighbors. Pray for the people of Kramatorsk. And pray for those who launched this bomb, that their hearts would turn (Matthew 5:44).
🤲 Help us tell their story. Share this post.

Here are all my reports from the Warsaw Security Forum in one place including a NEW short interview on the front end.
In this special on-location edition of Peace and Power, host @Garymarx reports directly from Warsaw, Poland, bringing listeners firsthand coverage of the Warsaw Security Forum, one of Europe's prominent international security conferences.
Organized by the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, the Warsaw Security Forum brings together political leaders, military officials, policymakers, and security experts from across the transatlantic community to discuss NATO, European defense, Russia's war against Ukraine, and emerging threats to global security. Founded in 2014, the forum has grown into a major gathering for international security discussions, with approximately 3,000 participants representing 90 countries at this year's event.
Rather than a traditional studio interview, this special episode features a collection of short reports recorded by Gary throughout the conference. Gary speaks with @Josh_Bersin of the forum's New Security Leaders program about the conference's growth, its mission, and the importance of building lasting relationships among the next generation of transatlantic leaders.
He also shares observations from sessions featuring prominent American and European officials, including former CIA Director General David Petraeus, General @generalkellogg , U.S. Ambassador to NATO @MatthewWhitaker , former Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, former British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace, and Senator Roger Wicker.
Throughout the episode, Gary highlights discussions surrounding NATO's collective defense strategy, Russia's aggression against Ukraine, nuclear deterrence, emerging military technologies, intelligence sharing, and the growing security challenges posed by cooperation among Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea. The special coverage also includes recognition of a Ukrainian frontline medic's courage and General Kellogg's contributions to American national security.
Join Gary Marx for this special Peace and Power report from Warsaw, featuring firsthand observations, international perspectives, and important conversations about the future of European and global security.

🚨BREAKING: This new chart from @TheStudyofWar overlays Ukraine’s strikes on Russian refineries with the price of diesel fuel. There is NO CORRELATION between strikes on Russian refineries and spikes in the price of diesel here in the U.S. They are not driving up prices here.

Russia's unrelenting attacks on Ukraine and the intentional targeting of civilians proves that Putin has zero intention of ending this war. He is a war criminal and a menace to the civilized world, and should be treated as such.

#WSF2026 Day 2 updates from Senator Roger Wicker who sits on Armed Services Committee. @PeaceAndPower_
The president has been saying for years that Putin wants to make a deal, but I'd love to know what the evidence of that is. He's the aggressor in this war and regularly attacks civilian targets with no military purpose. He is a war criminal.
Day 2 at WSF26 begins with earned & moving awards. @PeaceAndPower_
At the Warsaw Security Forum Gen/CIA Director David Pataeus gives the Lord Ashcroft award to a brave UKR medic & @generalkellogg receives the Jack Strong Award! #WSF26

Ready today, tomorrow, and even more after that.

A must-read from former Attorney General Bill Barr on the constitutional principle at the heart of Suncor v. Boulder. 👇🏻
“But one fundamental defect in Boulder’s case hasn’t received as much attention as it deserves: It intrudes directly into foreign policy, a field the Constitution commits to the federal government....
From the beginning, the Constitution was designed to ensure that the U.S. would speak with one voice in its dealings abroad. States may not conduct their own foreign relations or establish competing national policies toward other countries. The Supreme Court has repeatedly enforced that principle, recognizing that federal authority in matters affecting foreign relations must be free from local interference.”

Replying to @DCTwining
@DCTwining , President of the International Republican Institute, joins host @Garymarx for a wide-ranging conversation about Ukraine, Russia, China and the growing competition between democratic and authoritarian powers around the world.

The conversation also examines new sanctions targeting Russia and its trading partners, the role China plays in supporting Moscow, and what the war could mean for deterrence elsewhere—including a potential conflict over Taiwan.
Twining also discusses the International Republican Institute’s work supporting democratic institutions around the world, what future elections in Ukraine could look like, Russian influence in countries including Moldova, Armenia and Georgia, and whether NATO is prepared for continued Russian aggression.
Finally, Twining reflects on the resilience he witnessed firsthand in Ukraine and why he believes the outcome of the war will have consequences far beyond Ukraine’s borders.
