one stack for the whole lifecycle of an onchain asset: issuance, trading on orca, borrowing against it on loopscale, packaging it into vaults
for users nothing changes. no migration, no withdrawals, positions stay as they are
ORCA is the token for all of formation, no new mint, same supply.
loopscale won't launch its own token and points keep accruing until conversion later this year (i hope they will do something good bc i have a lot of points)

When I joined @orca_so in early 2022, DeFi had no clear path into American capital markets. We've spent years working with U.S. regulators to help open one.
The SEC's Innovation Exemption carves a real path, and Formation plans to operate a tokenized securities venue under it.
Liquidity alone isn't enough to scale an asset. It takes credit and distribution too, and that's what Orca and @Loopscale bring together in Formation.
