This is a message that’s difficult to write — and hard for our community to read. Fintopio is going on hiatus.
We’ll be closing both our DeFi and CeFi wallet services as we take time to review our operations and determine the best path forward.
Important Actions for All Users - DeFi Wallet Users.
Please back up your seed phrases and migrate your assets to another non-Fintopio DeFi wallet of your choice.
CeFi Wallet Users - if you have funds held in your Fintopio CeFi account, please contact t.me/HelpFintopio to arrange the return of your funds. All funds are safe. Please complete withdrawals by 31 October 2025.

Back up your seed phrase and move assets to another DeFi wallet.
Path: Settings → Wallets → DeFi → [Your wallet] → Export seed phrase
After 31 Oct we can’t help recover wallets or funds.
🏦 CeFi users:
If you still have funds on your Fintopio account, contact t.me/HelpFintopio to withdraw them.
All funds are safe, but transfers must be completed by 31 Oct 2025.

To export your DeFi wallet seed phrase, go to Settings > Wallets > DeFi > Select wallet > Export seed phrase.
