BREAKING: Gavin Newsom's CA Department of Social Services sent out a notice to foster agencies that foster parents must affirm the gender identity of foster children, regardless of their personal beliefs or values. If a worker has concerns, the foster parent must undergo training. Things like this are why people are leaving California in droves.
