Compute financing has become one of the fastest-growing categories in asset-backed credit, and almost all of it is arranged through private syndicates. A lender who wants out before maturity has very few options.
We opened a regulated pipeline for tokenized real-world asset issuance in El Salvador. The first issuance, currently in structuring, is a tokenized GPU forward that finances compute infrastructure. @near_ai provides anchor demand for the compute the hardware will produce and acts as a technology partner. The equipment is contracted and the price is fixed through October, so the issuance funds delivery.
The framework brings together regulated issuance, open secondary trading, and onchain collateralization:
→ The asset will be issued through NOTA S.A.S. de C.V. (PSAD-0088), licensed under El Salvador's Digital Assets Issuance Law, the same regime under which Tether Gold is issued.
→ It's designed to trade on permissionless venues including Uniswap.
→ Once it demonstrates sufficient trading volume and depth, it will be eligible to be accepted as collateral to mint USDf on Falcon Finance.
In the late ’90s, plenty of companies had a website but no way to take an order.
A lot of tokenized assets are in a similar spot today: they’re onchain, but their utility often stops at holding or trading.
Collateral changes that, and we’re bullish on the future.

Nvidia, Nike and Reddit are among 50 companies objecting to third-party tokenized versions of their shares trading on OKXICE’s planned venue.
Their objections come during a busy week for tokenized stocks.
DTCC’s tokenization service went live, with 20 firms, including J.P. Morgan, Citi and Morgan Stanley, signing access agreements. Ondo brought 15 tokenized stocks and ETFs to Robinhood Chain.
It would be easy to frame this as financial firms embracing tokenization while issuers resist it, but the evidence doesn’t support that conclusion. The objections concern a specific venue, and the companies’ reasons haven’t been disclosed.
What deserves closer attention is how each offering works and what it allows holders to do.
On Falcon, eligible tokenized stocks can already be used to mint USDf, giving holders access to liquidity without selling those assets.
That’s a practical use worth examining as more stocks become available onchain.
Tokenized stocks started 2026 as the 8th-largest RWA category, at $680M.
10 months later, they’re 4th at $3.8B. Up 5.6x.
They’ve passed asset-backed credit, specialty finance, corporate credit, and non-US government debt.
Treasuries still lead at $14.3B, up 1.6x.

DAO treasuries can do more than hold tokens.
GMX plans to put part of its protocol-owned GMX to work with Falcon Finance to generate yield.
Keep the position, earn on it. Treasury assets are collateral too.
Looking forward to working with @GMX_IO!

"He's NOT unemployed. He's waiting for the Fed to announce its rate decision and release the FOMC statement."
NVDAon, TSLAon and MSTRon are on Ondo's new Robinhood Chain list, and all three are already eligible collateral on Falcon.
Holders can mint USDf, our overcollateralized synthetic dollar, against them and keep their stock exposure.
Stock token → USDf → use onchain
Ondo Stocks, now on Robinhood Chain.
Live today, 15 Ondo tokenized stocks and ETFs can be bridged from Ethereum and BNB Chain to Robinhood Chain.
11 new @Uniswap StablePair pools connect Ondo Stocks and Robinhood Stock Tokens, bringing 24/7 liquidity to the chain’s DeFi ecosystem.
What this unlocks:
→ New potential arbitrage opportunities
→ More ways to trade and earn LP fees
→ Connectivity to Ondo Stocks’ 24/7 liquidity
With this expansion, more traders can access Ondo Stocks and more developers can build financial applications around them.

Plus stablecoins in 8 currencies, from euros to yen to Brazilian real, and payments from @Visa, @Mastercard and @stripe.
Only ~$390B of the ~$35T in stablecoins that moved onchain in 2025 was real-economy payments.
Most onchain dollars are working as liquidity.
USDf, our overcollateralized synthetic dollar, is built for that side: mint it against eligible collateral and keep exposure to what you hold.
Collateral → USDf → use.
What's the main job your onchain dollars do?
Came to crypto to quit your job.
Now it’s Friday and you’re reading semiconductor earnings because a ticker appeared in a dropdown.
Congrats on your new role in equity research.

Who pays the stablecoin rewards matters as much as the rate.
In its final GENIUS Act rule, issued October 21, the OCC dropped a proposed presumption that would have treated certain affiliate and third-party reward arrangements as violations unless rebutted.
The ban on issuers paying yield solely for holding, using or retaining a payment stablecoin stays. So does the OCC’s authority to act against evasion. Arrangements now get reviewed case by case, and older programs get no safe harbor.
Comparing dollar products? Follow the payment: who funds it, who pays it, what earns it.
Effective January 18, 2027.

I don't know about you, but I'm liking those odds...
Everything. Will. Be. Tokenized.
When you need dollars, selling an asset is one option, using it as collateral is another.
On Falcon, 50+ assets can back USDf, from BTC and gold to 15 tokenized stocks and ETFs, including NVIDIA, Tesla and the S&P 500.
That's where tokenization starts to get productive.
