Our September update is out.
September brought a lot of movement: auditors reading the contracts, @Nethermind building an EEZ client, and a @CoWSwap order settling across chains on our experimental network.

We're excited to welcome @tw_tter to Devcon 8!
@gnosis_ co-founder, physicist, and co-initiator of the @etheconomiczone, she remains on speaking terms with the laws of physics.
Join Friederike’s talk in the Futures Worth Building track to ask, How Big Can Ethereum Get Before Physics Gets in the Way?
An independent prover client running end to end with the EEZ composer is an important step for us.
We’re looking forward to working with @Nethermind on the road to a public testnet with more prover clients!
We want Ethereum’s rollups to work as one network. That’s why we’re building @etheconomiczone support into the Nethermind Client.

We successfully tested @Nethermind's standalone Rollup0 prover with the @etheconomiczone composer, including L1 proof acceptance and restart/recovery.
One step closer to a public EEZ testnet with multiple prover clients!

Can a contract on one rollup call a contract on another and use the return value in the same transaction? That question sits at the centre of the Ethereum Economic Zone.
On October 23, @jbaylina will walk through how EEZ answers it, where the implementation stands, and what it could mean for Ethereum. It’s the first Zug Ethereum Meetup, hosted at the @ZiskVM.
Next up: Zug Ethereum Meetup #1: @etheconomiczone
What: @jbaylina diving into Ethereum Economic Zone
When: Oct 23rd
Where: @ziskvm office
This one is technical!

If you want to support EEZ, help them secure their protocol by pledging or donating in TheDAO's current round:

Atomic synchronous composability is no longer a promise. History made on mainnet: the first atomic cross-chain L1->L2 transaction ever 🔥 And this is only the beginning for EEZ ... 🚀 @etheconomiczone

On January 1, 1983, ARPANET switched to TCP/IP, and separate networks became one internet. Everything before that is now prehistory.
This is Ethereum's 1983. We knew atomic composability would work in theory. On mainnet, it still feels like magic. ✨

It's been a busy September for the @etheconomiczone's team. Great to see this progress 🔥

Next is an experimental deployment on Ethereum mainnet. That puts EEZ alongside real liquidity and real applications, which is the environment we want to be testing in and the one we want to demonstrate at @EFDevcon in Mumbai!

Replying to @Nethermind
@Nethermind is becoming an execution client for the @etheconomiczone (EEZ).
More independent clients re-executing every L2 block = safer rollups. Stay tuned!
