EarthX is proud to recognize the Global Commission on Healthy Indoor Air with the EarthX Visionary Leadership Award. The Commission brings together more than 200 leaders from 40+ countries across public health, medicine, science, policy, finance, building science, real estate and industry. Over the past year, this global collaboration has produced the Global Framework for Action for Healthy Indoor Air, outlining 40 strategic priority areas and nearly 180 recommendations to help make healthy indoor air the norm—not the exception—in buildings around the world. EarthX recently hosted an intimate reception in Dallas honoring global environmental business leader Rick Fedrizzi, bringing together longtime colleagues and emerging leaders from the architecture, engineering, green building, and USGBC communities. As the first Executive Director of USGBC Texas, Jonathan has played an important role in bringing together green building resources and expertise from across the state. Rick, Chairman and CEO of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), has helped advance the WELL movement and its focus on health and wellness in the built environment. Gail Vittori, Co-Director of the Center for Maximum Potential Building Systems and a longtime USGBC leader, has spent decades advancing sustainable design, policy, education, and research.
